Posto 31 strives for the harmony among quality-driven food, professional service, nuanced craft cocktails and the comfort of a neighborhood gathering place.

Our Italian-inspired menu features pastas made each day, seasonal vegetables, items to share and variety to please any palate. We have built this house for you, for your taste buds, for your families and for ours.

Please note:
Reservations of 7 or more guests require a credit card to hold the reservation. In the event that you do need to cancel, we ask that it is 24hr notice. Cancelation or a No-Show within the 24hr time frame will result in a $40 per guest charge for everyone that does not dine with us.

Our patio is open only if the weather permits. If you have an outside table reserved and the weather changes - we will do our very best to accommodate your party, but space indoors is not guaranteed.

BYOB is not permitted in any restaurant in La Grange Park, therefore we are unable to accommodate CORKAGE.

This was our first outing at this restaurant. We sat at the bar for my husbands birthday dinner. Vibrant ambience in the dining area and the outdoor patio looked inviting, but we knew the bar tender so decided to eat at bar. The service was excellent— very relaxed and no pressure to leave. I had the spicy margarita which was so good sweetened a little with mango. Can’t wait to try the autumn spritz next time. The menu had a wonderful variety and was reasonably priced. I enjoyed the chicken limon and had enough left over for dinner the next day. We passed on dessert even though they sounded scrumptious. Next time … Parking was easy and we both really enjoyed this place. Will definitely return. Would even be great for just drinks and appetizers.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for several years. The outside patio is our favorite. The food and service has always been excellent. We love the cozy, casual environment.

We have always enjoyed this restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed as they ask how you would like to receive your food i.e., salad with main course or separate. We said we would like to take our time, so salad first and they said no problem. Some restaurants bring all the food at once, which we don't like. Food was delicious as always! Had a wonderful time at this restaurant.

Great service- even from the moment you are greeted! Excellent food - we had several orders from the smaller plates - but still had enough to take home! Food is consistently great as well as service! Thanks!

Chicken Marsala was the worse meal I have had this summer and I eat out a lot. Made with skin on chicken thighs with a sweet sauce on everything.

Love coming here. The food is great! A little noisy if you choose to sit inside but you can still have a nice conversation at your table.
