    To be blunt, I do not understand how this restaurant holds a Michelin star. It absolutely should be withdrawn. An overpriced tasting menu that we didn’t even get to enjoy. We walked out after receiving just one of four courses, two hours into our reservation. This is unacceptable by any standard, let alone one supposedly representing world-class dining. As a Canadian, I felt genuinely embarrassed. This is representing one of our country’s most iconic destinations, and what we experienced reflects poorly not just on your establishment, but on the standards we promote.

    Had a group of 10 people (2 families including kids as young as 6 years old). We were staying at the hotel. Had to expand reservation over the phone, and the staff were extremely helpful in making that happen. Was able to order ala carte for the smaller kids. Food was excellent. With that many people, we were able to order a large range of items on the menu, we enjoyed every thing we ordered. The waiter was great in explaining what was on the menu. They have a huge selection of wines which we did not try, but we later learned it is one of the largest in the country. The atmosphere is relaxed. They have a dress code, but looking around, it was not strictly enforced. If there were to be any complaints, it would probably be about the pricing. But the food was good enough that we didn’t feel bad about the price.

    Phenomenal experience. The four course price fixe was amazing. Many choices to choose from. Our waiter, Richard was outstanding in advising us.

    I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent dining experience at The Post Hotel. I had heard great things about the food, so I was excited to visit, but unfortunately, our meal did not quite live up to expectations. I ordered the lamb, which was unfortunately disappointing. While the flavor was good, the portion of actual meat was quite small, around 2 oz, with a large amount of fat. This made the dish feel unbalanced and not as satisfying as I had hoped. My mother ordered the salmon with white asparagus. While the salmon was served cold thin filets, the asparagus was over-sized and quite tough, making it difficult to enjoy. The texture was not as expected, and it seemed a bit too fibrous to be fully pleasant. I appreciate that the staff offered me the option to select a different dish when I voiced my concerns about the lamb. I chose the halibut, which was a pleasant improvement. While it was a good dish, it didn't quite hit the “5 out of 5” mark for me. It was flavorful but not extraordinary. That said, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, which really helped elevate the experience overall. I would certainly rate the service 5/5. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.     The service was slow and having our wine refilled required us to ask for assistance as the wine bottle was at the end of table and did not feel right to get up and poor the wine ourselves. The smoked salmon entree was excellent however the tuna entree was disappointing: the saffron was overpowering and the overall presentation not appealing at all.

    The experience you could not beat. We had a four course meal the left you completely satisfied plus. Everything we ate was over the top delicious and cooked to our request. Loved our server, she was very attentive and professional.
