Enjoyed jazz brunch once again. Our server Courtney was excellent . Will ask for her next time! Fish tacos very good as was the goat cheese omelette. Jazz duo that played was very good and not too loud.

Have eaten here a few times. Food is reliably excellent. Steaks will be cooked correctly. Many menu items are just unique enough to be interesting while still staying true to their origins.

My husband and I went to watch the Belmont Stakes. We sat at the bar and everyone from the host/ hostess to the bartenders were very accommodating and kind. Thank you for a wonderful date night.

Don’t bother coming here. I came to Banks for my birthday, which was noted on my reservation, with my wife and two friends. Our server, a Hispanic woman, came to our table and without asking, wished my wife a happy birthday. From there, it just went south. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks even though the bar was not very busy. My dirty martini was terrible and watered down. We ordered the seafood tower to start but our server didn’t take the rest of our order so we ate our appetizer with our menus on our laps. When entrees came, none of us had any silverware. Food was average. For a place with “Steaks” in its name, I was surprised to see only three steaks on the menu, and mine was underwhelming. After we received our food, the server NEVER came to our table to check on us or ask how everything came out. Our side dishes were cold - clearly were prepared before the rest of our order. Also, if there were any specials, we weren’t aware because the server never shared that information with us. We didn’t bother ordering desserts based on how the meal went. Do not come here for a special occasion - they won’t make it feel special at all.

Ordered appetizers and they were never delivered. Supposedly the automated ordering systems was out of service. The waiter made it up with a dessert and coffee. However, our entrees were also sub-par. Steak and mushrooms served cold, Shakshuka tuna and halibut tasted fishy. Also shakshuka sauce had nothing to do with shakshuka. Dessert was good. All in all, a disappointing meal.

Really nice spot. Was busy enough to let you know it’s a solid place, but laid out well so you didn’t feel jammed in. If you like seafood, don’t sleep on the Banks!

Not a good experience. My husbands 59th birthday and no acknowledgement. Small table, loud, server was nice but non existent for most of the evening. No management checking on customer service. Our bill was $300 for two which is fine for a good experience. Not here!
