A steakhouse: city vibe, local heart. Our menu is hand selected to feature locally and ethically sourced ingredients. Our head chef and owner Jason Carron has revolutionized the New England restaurant community for two decades. With his acute attention to detail, Carron has helped struggling restaurants find their purpose and passion, restoring their place in the industry. Having given hope to hundreds of restaurants over the years, Carron is opening his first steakhouse this spring, bringing that same level of attention to his own restaurant. Every ingredient is well thought out to innovate the plate with not only something aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly delicious. His farm to table approach, ensures the highest level of ingredients go into every meal you enjoy.

Please note our dress code: No gym wear, hooded sweatshirts, shorts, or ball caps are to be worn. All men are strongly encouraged to have a collar. No tank tops. Jackets are not required.

Upon walking in, I was greeted by the manager, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant itself. I have never had anybody mention my profile on OpenTable and was pleasantly surprised when she told me the meet here is all Halal. I immediately changed my mind on what I wanted to order and ordered the steak. Also celiac friendly as only 2 items on the menu contain gluten. The food was very good and even though I was very full, still ordered the fried ice cream, which was amazing. The service, food, staff was all amazing! The decor is also very beautiful inside. It is great for a date night or a girls night out. The outdoor deck was closed, but I will definitely be back to check it out! Can see this as a future go-to spot!

We felt like we were rushed through our meal We had a 6 o’clock reservation and we had finished the meal appetizers entrée and even dessert in less than an hour We would’ve enjoyed a little bit more relaxed of a dining experience Also, the waitress only checked on us once the whole meal we had spilled butter all over our table. Water glasses were not refilled. We are accustomed to outstanding service at a restaurant of this caliber Also, the glaze carrots were swimming in sauce and soggy We will perhaps try again to see if you can do better next time, but again it was a bit surprising of an experience for this caliber of fine dining

The Service was great. Waiter(Sebastian) did a great job going over the menu. The food was mediocre especially their rib eye. Some of the sides were super salty while others were not seasoned enough.

Dinner and drinks were both amazing. The restaurant itself was beautiful. My reservation took place during live music.

It was our first time at Post 1917 and we will definitely be back! Our waiter CJ was so nice, had great menu recommendations, and made or experience so much fun! The drinks were incredible and the food was spectacular. Overall one of the best restaurants in our area.
