I took my daughter for lunch to celebrate her birthday. We looked forward to trying out Wheaton’s new restaurant. The restaurant was quiet during the lunch hour. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. The menu was very extensive. I tried the eggplant positano and it was delicious! We both are anxious to bring our friends and family back.

Super friendly staff!! Deep menu with many app, chicken, pasta and salad options. All entrees were very good. Bar was a little slow but to be expected as they find their feet. Will be back and glad they are in Wheaton now.

Thought the food was just ok. Chicken vesivio was good but no hint of garlic which makes the dish. We’ve had better Chicken Milinase

We love Positano Oakbrook and were so excited to try the new Wheaton location. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back!

I work in the building next to Positano and we’ve needed a great restaurant for a long time. I went Sunday afternoon and I wasn’t disappointed. The minestrone soup was delicious. My entree was authentic and also delicious. Our server was gracious and clearly enjoying being there. I will be back!!

Server was friendly and served with humor and a smile. Chose a bar table so a little more noisy, but great table and set nicely. Food was very good but not as hot as we may prefer and would like to see bread be warm. Healthy portions and will return for more Italian delights!!

We went knowing we were going within the first few days of their opening and to have some patience. Our server, Nelson, was outstanding. We were seated within minutes of our reservation time and served water and bread quickly. However, our bar order didn't arrive for 20+ minutes - our server well aware and apologized more than once. At some point one of the owners asked how it was going and we explained to him we still didn't have our drinks and he quickly rectified that. Our salad arrived shortly after we ordered, prior to our drinks (the spinach salad was delicious and plenty big enough for two to share). The bus people were very attentive with refilling water, asking if wanted more bread, etc. Problem: our entrees did not arrive until 45+ minutes after we ordered. We had another one of the owners and perhaps the kitchen manager come to our table to apologize (Nelson was excellent at communicating issues to the people who could resolve) and shortly thereafter our entrees arrived and the were delicious. We know it will take time for the restaurant to work out the kinks but we left happy customers because of the attentive service. Our main complaint is it is WAY TOO LOUD in the main dining room. They need to fix the high ceiling acoustics.
