Portofino would not let us use our open table reservation. They claimed they were not part of open table. Very rude

We didn’t have the chance to eat here because they messed up with our reservation and no table was available for us. It was quite a big annoyance since it was Saturday evening and we were traveling with our 23 month old daughter. Quite a disappointment. We had booked through Open Table and got a confirmation for our reservation. I never had issues with Open Table so I suspect the restaurant has a problem. If they have any issue they should fix it ASAP.

We had to delay our reservation twice but they were so accommodating despite being full. It was my wife's 30 birthday and we got the best seat in the house. Our waitress Amelia was amazing! We chose our meals based on her recomendations. We were not disappointed and our meal was excellent. They even brought her a cake for her birthday. Price was good. We will b back!!! Thank you for making the night extra special.
