Porto boasts a large and beautiful heated patio space with a retractable awning and sides in the middle of Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. The menu is inspired by Coastal Mediterranean selections with a focus on Italy's coast. Porto is located on Ring Road in Boston's Bay Bay, steps from the Prudential Center and Copley, next door to Saks Fifth Avenue.

Enjoy a lively meal in either of Porto's well appointed dining rooms, or indulge in a casual meal at the bar or kitchen counter seating, overlooking the oyster bar and open kitchen. Porto's one-of-a-kind outdoor patio and bar overlooks Ring Road with Boylston Street views, and serves as a Mediterranean oasis, right in the heart of Back Bay.

A disappointment. Our waiter was rude and inattentive - and had an attitude. It was very noisy preventing social conversation. The food was subpar - the hanger steak was small and over salted. The octopus mushy. The price value for the experience and food was poor. Perhaps they had a bad night - based on finer reviews we had high hopes for a special dinner.

Great pasta! Loved the Duck Pappardelle and the Mushroom Mafalda. Dessert finished the night just right—delicious cookie. Would definitely come back again.

team did a good job fixing an order that was initially brought to table containing food allergens that had been discussed when ordering. appreciate the efforts to correct it

Celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday there. Staff are super nice and the service is amazing. High recommend it and would love to visit again.

Porto was a amazing experience, highly recommended by the Mandarin Oriental, and I couldn't be more pleased! The menu was diverse and delicious showcasing culinary creativity, but the standout dish was undoubtedly the rib eye—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Complementing the amazing food was the impeccable service; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable. I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to savor a memorable meal in Boston!

We love this place! The food is creative and delicious. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is relaxing. There is outdoor seating in warm weather and even a covered porch with heat in the not so warm weather. A+
