Great food, atmosphere, and ambience! Would definitely recommend for a night out with friends
Small wine pours. Lamb chop prices are obscene!!! You should be ashamed!!!
fabulous food. went on a Sunday night and was pretty busy but seated right away. Nice atmosphere with open kitchen. The food was fabulous. we had eggplant fries, they were seasoned just right and nice and crunchy. The lobster profiterole was sweet meat.
For mains we had Seared scallops and Pan roasted Halibut. both delicious. will definitely be back
We had a really great evening! The food was all excellent and sharing the small plates was fun. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go again soon. The prices are quite high but not too much.
Manager should be more thoughtful and plan accordingly to have full menu available for late reservation, out of BRANZINO for Valentines, give me a brake....
Also, I’ve been regular customer and been noticing that some plates getting smaller, for example, the MEZE BOARD is way smaller than usual and don’t think $32 is fair price
Valentine’s dinner is almost always difficult, however with the exception of an outstanding Weller Antique old fashion, the experience on Friday was underwhelming. Not what I expected for Porto. The back room was cold. The food was average and the service was slow which made the food cold...
One of favorite Boston restaurants! Always a big treat to sample the wide variety of dishes. Outstanding food and service!
Great food but somewhat pricey. The service was a little slow but the brussel sprouts are a must!
It's rare to find artfully presented, well prepared food that tastes as amazing as it looks and is actually served in adequate, fairly priced portions to that equate to a legitimate meal. Porto delivers across the board in every metric so please, book in advance so you don't have to wait to try this place. You won't regret it.
Great food, great location. Server was thoughtful and very capable in most areas, however he was unfamiliar with their rye selection. Other than that everything was excellent.
There’s something for everyone at Porto. Delicious small plates with a modern Mediterranean flare. The service is excellent. It’s my go to whenever I go to Boston. Can’t wait to go back!
Great food. Wonderful drinks. Terrific service. Enjoyable atmosphere. Would recommend.
Great food, great location
Love all of the different tastes.
First visit. Birthday dinner. Shared mezze platter, pasta bloomers and bread pudding for dessert. Perfect amount of food for 2 of us. Everything was delicious. Waiter was excellent. Looking forward to another meal, soon.
Really enjoyed our meal and overall experience. We will be back again soon.
Porto never disappoints - the food is outstanding and the service impeccable. Love, love, love it!
This would have been an excellent experience if not for our server, if we could have eliminated the service charge we would have done it, tipped less than the twenty percent.Joe needed to be reminded of our wine order and a cocktail order (that wasn’t prepared like the first one that was ordered)not his fault, but when it wasn’t consumed didn’t question us if there was something wrong.
However, the food is excellent. The kitchen deserves all the accolades. All of the dishes were shared and the servings were generous.
Seems a better place for drinks and a bite, not dinner. Service was casual and not very good - from the initial greeting, to drinks, to dinner, to dessert.
Delicious creative food. Great service and ambience.
My friend and I both loved our meal at Porto; we started with oysters and for dinner shared the scallop ceviche, shrimp in terra-cotta, and the pan-roasted halibut; we also shared a lovely bottle of Crémante. Everything was delicious (though we ranked the ceviche as the best of the trio of small plates; presentation was delightful; service was excellent—speedy and pleasant, not hovering or rushing. The atmosphere was casual and stimulating at the same time, with a wonderful vibe attributable to a house full of folks enjoying truly marvelous food.
Really nice vibrant dining room vibe! We had a rare date night and wasn’t sure if we’d be out of place going to Porto (two 40-something folks going out for our first date night in a looooong time). The meal was fab, the ambience was fantastic - just dim enough lighting, laid back setting (really felt like a nice expansive dining room - we were in a smaller area behind the bar) and great service all around. All in all - a great value. Good to see Porto thriving and even at Logan Airport, no less! Bravo.
My friends and I really enjoyed Porto. Overall, the meal was tasty (a little salty for my taste but the rest of the group didn't notice) and the drinks (cocktails and wine) were all excellent. This isn't an inexpensive place so come prepared to spend if you're going to do cocktails, wine, apps, entree, and desert. We had an excellent time and the service was some of the best I've received in Boston. I would definitely recommend.
We keep coming back to Porto. The menu is a changing tableau of fresh tastes and flavors that can be shared. Service is professional and friendly. And the $1 oyster special in the early evening is a lot of fun. Looking forward to sitting outside in the spring!
Nice time getting together with friends post holiday. Small plates were excellent to share. Paella was excellent
Our server who was also the PM Bartender was incredible and he made the night for our party of 10.
Happy New Year, we will be back
Just not sure why it is that very few Boston restaurants realize that the acoustics matter for the 60+ set. Maybe they dont want that business....but if you own a place that has high ceilings and lots of glass and go through the effort of putting up drapes and rugs to make it easy for patrons to have a conversation....do not turn up the background music so loud that its not possible to hear one another. Otherwise...love the place.
Fortunate enough to live close to this place and eat here way too often. Absolutely everything on the menu is great and the wait staff/hosts are all incredible. Affordable and perfect for dates, small or large groups. Get pasta!!!
Porto always delivers incredible cuisine, varied menu options and great service. Never disappoints.
Good food. With a few people dining together you need to order many “small plates” for sharing to get enough to fill everybody up. The portions are fairly small, the taste and quality is exceptional.
A go to for us. Dinner was very good - lamb chops are excellent, as it the meza platter. Great waiter Frankie!
Unremarkable Jody. So disappointed. Cold, drafty, spotty dish quality and all together an uninspired experience
The food quality, service and new menu are fantastic. And the $1 oysters were a fantastic treat.
Always a really enjoyable treat to visit Porto.
Thanks to Jody and her accomplished team!
Great food and excellent service from a Alex
Great food, terrible low lights and noise
The food is incredible. We would eat the halibut weekly if we could. It is just superb. We have yet to eat anything that wasn't prepared simply and yet with the most exquisite flavors. Sometimes the noise leve is high, especially when seated next to a larger party.
Unfortunately, the restaurant could not redeem my OpenTable points. Otherwise, the food and service were both great!
Poor, lackluster service combined with spotty execution in the kitchen left us feeling unsatisfied and over charged. I feel sad for any tourist who ends up here out of lack of creativity. Better off going to Eataly if you’re going to eat in the Prudential.
