Porto boasts a large and beautiful heated patio space with a retractable awning and sides in the middle of Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. The menu is inspired by Coastal Mediterranean selections with a focus on Italy's coast. Porto is located on Ring Road in Boston's Bay Bay, steps from the Prudential Center and Copley, next door to Saks Fifth Avenue.

Enjoy a lively meal in either of Porto's well appointed dining rooms, or indulge in a casual meal at the bar or kitchen counter seating, overlooking the oyster bar and open kitchen. Porto's one-of-a-kind outdoor patio and bar overlooks Ring Road with Boylston Street views, and serves as a Mediterranean oasis, right in the heart of Back Bay.

I love this restaurant! First of all, the host is incredible. He knows us by name. Gives us amazing tables, knows we live in the neighborhood. Small touches like that go a very, very long way! Food is wonderful. Very creative and interesting. DELICIOUS. My husband and I love coming and sitting at the bar during the week, having a cocktail and an appetizer. The lighting is perfect, the music is fabulous and it is always busy. A great vibe. Cannot say enough good things about Porto and especially the host. He is a gem.

As an appetizer we split the octopus and tuna tarter . Both were excellent. Main courses were the mushroom pasta and the bolognese pasta. All pastas are home made and quite delicious. We are not dessert people but we split the warm chocolate cookie with gelato. Capped it off with a cappuccino. Highly recommended if you want that sweet something after your meal.The restaurant was extremely busy with an energetic buzz. It amazes me that our entire dinner was perfectly prepared.

Fabulous food! The sugar snap pea salad was wonderful. We tried three different pastas, mushroom, duck, duck and bologese. Each was fantastically flavorful. Excellent service. Will return.

Honestly, I booked this place because it looked like a nice atmosphere after a long week, but was left impressed even more by the food. One of the few places where the value for the experience (food atmosphere, and service) is worth it.

We had a fantastic dinner at Porto in Boston, enjoying the beautiful outdoor patio ambiance. Ned ensured our experience was exceptional, making us feel welcomed throughout the evening. Thanks to Mandarin Oriental for the recommendation—definitely a memorable dining spot!
