   Love this Cafe ❤️ location , food and service aways lovely and never feel uncomfortable eating alone . Always book a table when I visit St Ives each year.

   We love the porthgwidden beach cafe, never had a bad meal. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the food on the menu, was friendly and very efficient. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. We will be booking a table again next year.

   Service was good & the staff were all friendly we used to visit Porthgwidden every time we visited St Ives but it changed to Tapas & we didnt like the selection so we havent been for a few years so it was good to see they had reverted back to normal with a good selection of main meals & desserts

   Food was delicious, all dishes, catch of the day, mussels, crab starter, calamari, prawns. All good size and beautifully cooked and presented. Warm, friendly staff, very professional. Immediately booked to go again! Great location and Sea views. Only downside, heaters were too much for current weather and music level a bit too high as everyone was laughing & chatting so little background music was needed

   Just a little disappointed with the fish n chips, it was more like a child’s portion than full adults portion, waitress was an absolute delight

    Absolutely fantastic lunch, couldn’t have asked for more, huge mouthwatering doorstep crab sandwiches, cracking fish and chips, and crispy chicken burgers and stunning crab tacos and amazing dessert selection. The most amazing view and service topped it off. Thank you … I only wish I could have stayed for more expresso martinis xx
