This restaurant is a carnivore's paradise. The mixed grill was cooked superbly and served with a nice blend of potatoes and seasonable vegetables. I was also privileged to try my dining companion's 20 oz Porterhouse that was excellent. Starter's were also top notch. Enjoyed the iceberg wedge salad immensely and had a wonderful bite of my companion's hearts of Romaine salad. Dessert was decadent and lovely. Highly recommend the molten cake. This is a high quality spot with a price point to match. Worth the investment for a special event or celebration.

The setting was lovely. The service A+! Armando and Alex made our evening with polite and sensitive service. My friend commented on how it took her back to a time long ago. The food was delicious. I had the porterhouse steak, and my friend had the lentil soup and the fillet. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The twice baked potatoes were heavenly! Now for the downside and my rating of 4 stars….the noise level was unbelievable! It probably had something to do with the fact that the restaurant was full and there were large parties. I am certainly willing to spend money on a good meal, but thought the prices were too high. All that said, I will more than likely return!

I just feel like when you’re going out to a nice dinner and you know you’re going to spend a lot of money the service should match…we’ll they fell very short. We sat at our table and didn’t get water or even a geeeting for 10 minutes. It was Saturday they were busy. Honestly I don’t care they need to staff accordingly and yeah I know it’s hard to find help these days etc. etc..!! I worked in the restaurant business for years, and the number one goal was to greet customers within two minutes of them sitting down. Once the hostess overheard me say I’d love some water we finally got some from there on out service was very slow and seemed super unorganized. the food was great! There’s a plus!

From the moment we sat down to the time we were leaving the server was fantastic. She kept our glasses filled, made us feel more at home and was a joy to talk to. And don’t get me started with the food. It’s been a minute since I’ve had “aged” food but the flavor was unique and delightful. The sides were just as good and the entire meal in a whole was worth the wait. I would definitely go again if I didn’t live in AZ.

Took my wife out for dinner date. We ordered the Romain hearts, basically Cesar salad. Our main course was the aged porterhouse steak and some Mac and cheese. The Romain salad was not very good. The parmigiano cheese they use was awful…could not have been imported…was more like Safeway select or Kraft. The steak was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. We ordered a bottle of flowers pino…what my wife wanted…not sure it paired will with the steak! Over all it was good, but not a lasting memory.

Wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. Food was great (except the salads were a bit bland and watery). Steak was in point. Chocolate soufflé tasted like sweet egg… missing chocolate flavor. Cocktails were perfect. Overall would go back again.

This is our second dinner at their new location. Both experiences were very positive - almost "old school" in terms of ambiance and quality service. After a pleasant greeting, we (party of four) were given the opportunity to choose where we wanted to sit - in the main room or a quieter side room. In the side room we were again given the opportunity to choose our table. We brought a special bottle of wine and everything related to the corkage was handled smoothly by the very pleasant and engaging server. We all ordered steaks despite some tempting specials and all were prepared exactly as ordered and were very good. The creamed spinach with parmesan was also very good. The spumoni gelato made a fine finish. Everything was timed just right. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall, we had a a very nice evening with very good food and service in a place that is a great addition to B Street.

We'll be back. My husband and I celebrated our friends' birthdays with a great meal at this gem. The only downsides were that his $57 (+tax+tip) KC strip was unforgivably tough - we could hardly cut thru it with the provided steak knife, and that the prices seemed somewhat high (but we're not that experienced with steak restaurants). With a bottle of wine (one of the least expensive on their list), after-dinner drinks, appetizers, entrees, and two shared desserts, and tax and tip, it was about $125 per person. On the plus side: We loved the vibe and the quietness - we could actually have a conversation. The escargot and pork belly appetizers were delicious - you can't have too much garlic in my book. The 4oz filet mignon with bernaise was melt in your mouth tender and so flavorful. The lamb chops were great and a generous enough portion to take some home. The bread pudding seemed like a small portion but was actually perfect for the two of us to share after such a filling meal. The gran marnier souffle was delightful though it could have used a tad more of the gran marnier. Over all the food, service and atmosphere will have us to return, but only for a very special occasion given that we've saved up our green stuff.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Bruno, at the hostess stand. We were able to pick our own table. The Woman in Red drink was sweet and perfectly bubbly! The steak tartare, pork belly, and oysters were delicious appetizers. I ordered the surf and turf entree and it was the perfect portion. Lastly, the dessert choice was Banana Foster which Bruno cooked to order right in front of us at our table. The ambience, food, and customer service were all on point! We will definitely be back :)

We arrived right on time for our reservation although ended up waiting 5 minutes for someone to greet us. That may not sound like a lot although considering we had a reservation you would think someone would be at the front to greet you. Once sat we didn’t see our server, or anyone, for 15 minutes. Took another 5 minutes foe 2 glasses of water. Another 5 for bread, and another 10 for a beer and a martini. It was 45 minutes into our reservation when the server took our order. She was ultimately very nice, perhaps she just had a few too many tables and was overwhelmed. The restaurant was about 60-70% full so it wasn’t super busy especially for a weekend night. Aside from the long wait for food and drink, once we started receiving our food, it was very good.

This classic steakhouse has really lost its charm and quality. It was for my birthday and we went to celebrate. It was our first time since they moved to the new location. It was so LOUD that we couldn't carry on a conversation! The table next to us was full of drunks and smokers that kept dipping out to smoke to only come back stinking to high heaven! The food was such a big disappointment! The steak was just ok and the soup had zero flavor so we sent it back. The vegetables were soggy and the twice baked potato was so tiny. We have gone to Porterhouse for decades for family celebrations but this was the last time. It's such a shame to see a place decline like this one! The server barely checked on us and took way too long to refill drinks. Do better Porterhouse!!
