Our family has dined here several times and chose this for Father’s Day night. It was not overly packed so I am not sure why it was so bad. After our experience tonight I can see why it was not packed! Bottle of wine was brought to the table and the first glass was poured. From the initial pour, we never had our glasses refilled and others at the table had to request drink refills. In fine dining, you should not have to fill your own glass. The biggest gripe I have, three people of five had steaks placed on the table. Before everyone received their entree, a woman comes to the table with a flashlight and insists we cut into our steak. Two people have not even had their food on the table. I am waiting for others to get their food and she insists I “go ahead and cut my steak” with her flashlight pointed at me. This is the most ridiculously tackiest thing I’ve ever witnessed in a restaurant! It was actually embarrassing. Two people still waiting on their food, nobody had their sides and it took forever to get everything on the table. Way overpriced for service to be slow and uncomfortable. We had planned on desert and drink cocktails, but after the dinner service roll out , we skipped and will skip any future visits.

Waiter provided phenomenal service and accommodated us for needs at the table . The bad part of the dining experience was the flies on all our food and landing in our drinks. Along with the table being so close behind us and the occupants of that table having very inappropriate conversation and strong odors of marijuana emitting from their person

The best keep secret is the server who waited on us. I will not mentioned his name publicly but he is a nature professional at giving guest the very best service imaginable. He goes to great length to suggest dishes, to think of things other waiters do not think of to fully satisfy their guests such as getting our salad chopped so that three of us didn't have to manually do it at the table. Rarely do you find such a seasoned young person who is adept at covering all of the bases of fine dining, so for us he was perfect. None of his recommendations missed the mark! I dropped my fork while dining and I asked the young black lady with the hair bun( I am also black) to kindly replace my fork. She waited on two guest at the table as you enter before the kitchen. She also waited on a booth guests adjacent to our table, and another table behind us. We noticed she spent an enormous amount of time visiting with her booth guest (who must be regulars) as there was lots of small talk. Asking her about a replacement fork, I got the vibe "Not my table". She never returned with a fork! I flagged down one of the water servers 4 minutes later and was able to resume eating. Shame on her! Guests deserved to be respect by all the waiters, even if it is not your damn table. Why are you there? Just for your special friends and repeat guests? I was upset! Other than that mishap, I loved the food and more importantly, our waiter. Please let James know he is truly a professional and stay the course. I left my purse strap and Sidney at the front desk was able to find it. That's team work and what makes a staff shine and a restaurant thrive.

Sat outside on the porch area and it was a perfect date night atmosphere. Service was great from the moment we walked through the door. Server gave us lots of good information about the menu and made recommendations. Food was outstanding and cooked perfectly. We will return soon!

It was a nice quiet evening. Hannah 1 and Max took great care of me ❤️ I was solo and never felt alone thanks to Victoria, Courtney, Elisa, and Torrance. 💕💕💕

Although a little pricey for us to frequent this wonderful restaurant, it is AWESOME for special occasions! And can’t wait for the next opportunity! Food and service were TOP NOTCH!
