Although a little pricey for us to frequent this wonderful restaurant, it is AWESOME for special occasions! And can’t wait for the next opportunity! Food and service were TOP NOTCH!

It was quite busy but they really handled everything with a smile and made it look easy 😍 Torrance, thanks for your attentiveness and for opening the door for us (Ant loves that😎🤣) We love there! Overall, my experience was OK. Our salad was fine. The steak my spouse ordered was very good. But the over-priced Scottish salmon I ordered was dry and overcooked. It was not close to being good. Still, despite that disappointment, I'd like to give a big shout out to our server who goes by the nickname "D." He was great.

Edited review: The hallmark of a great business, beyond customer service, is service recovery. In the five years that we have been patrons of Porch and Parlor, every experience, including business bookings, has been to perfection. Because of this, P&P is my #1 'go-to' recommendation for anyone desiring a fine dining experience in Memphis with enough regular menu items to satisfy special dietary requests. Unfortunately, the most recent experience (I booked for my sister and her husband as a treat) was not the usual. HOWEVER, the service recovery was a superior experience, and Mr. Chris Cook was personable, attentive, professional, and just plain AWESOME when he called after learning of our experience. The prompt attention to our concerns and the graciousness of his tone, in addition to the time he spent to contact both of us, is almost unheard of in 2025. Of course, because of this, I will continue to patronize P&P - I already have my next reservation, and I am confident that this was that 'off-chance' experience. I anticipate being back with a 5-star review before the month's end. They definitely get 5 stars for caring about the experience of their patrons.

From the minute we sat down until the minute we left, our meal and experience couldn’t have been more perfect. Hannah, our waitress was outstanding and catered to our every need. The food was so high quality and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you are ever in Memphis looking for the ultimate dining experience!

This is a great place to celebrate major events. We enjoyed appetizers, entrees, side dishes, desserts and beverages. Food quality is top notch, and our server, James, provided excellent service. The gentleman who prepared the au poivre gravy was excellent too.
