My food was just alright. Wife and kid didn't like theirs at all. Service was good...place was nice.
Great ambience and and good for big groups. Great food but a little expensive. Happy hour is great.
Really great service, really great food... great experience.
Great place to be stood up for a date at. Staff were patient and kind, not pushy trying to get me to order as a I wasted time waiting on a pathetic human being to show up.
We went for a birthday. It’s such a great atmosphere, the service was great, and we had a great time. Highly recommend.
Nice healthy food. Fun place to meet up with our son and his girlfriend.
Food was great and our sever, Nicole, was awesome.
Food quality has down abs prices have give up
Dinner for 2 with only beers at $100 is not good value
The service was great, but the food left something to be desired. My margarita arrived warm and watered down and $14-$20 for a plain quesadilla that had a similar quality to something from a chain restaurant was also very unfortunate.
Wasn't impressed with food - it was just ok and was expensive to boot. Also it's very loud in there...could use a lil noise dampening.
Our out of town visitors were hankering for some food Mexican food and Poquitos fit the bill. They really enjoyed, as we have for years.
I've come here with friends, for birthdays, and on dates. The service staff is always great, the food dependably good (best guacamole on the Hill), and the drinks always creative and delicious. Great vibe all year round.
Sooo good! The only thing is I always hope the waitress asks if you’re there for something special (it was my bday!) and she didn’t. Service was 4/5. But everything was delish!
Xmas eve 5 years in a row! Thanks for the vegan accommodation. Y’all are the best.
We had a great time! It was a yearly holiday lunch with some close friends. We will be back!
Solid Mexican food, delicious carnitas and margaritas, and excellent service.
Had a wonderful experience here on a Saturday night in December. Fun atmosphere, great helpful staff and amazing food. We had the jalepeno queso which was the best I have had in Washington! Carnitas was split between 2 of us and we still had some to take home! Truly some of the best carnitas I have had- marinated and crispy on the outside. Fresca Margarita was perfect. Also had the enchiladas suiza with chicken which was also great - a bit spicy for my daughter since it had the jalepeno queso on it but she still loved it! Will definitely go back.
Drinks were often empty, margaritas were very inconsistent (too sweet, too sour, too weak, too strong) appetizer was delivered after all entrees were already mostly eaten, tacos were delivered cold, rice and beans arrived ("with tacos") about 7 minutes after tacos. I couldn't tell you if there was dessert, we weren't offered any and it was a birthday celebration (party of 8 guests) nobody offered to do anything at all for a birthday, which is fine, but just a total lack of actual concern for the guests experience. Unfortunate. Won't be back.
Great food and service, with a really nice decor that makes a change from that of most Mexican restaurants. Guacamole was made to order which was fresh and delicious, as were the trio of tacos (pork shoulder is to die for). Only thing that let our meal down were the churros, they'd obviously been fried a while before we'd recieved them so they were cold and quite hard, sauces were delicious though. Would thoroughly recommend, just avoid the churros.
Sad to see changes in menu so empanadas no longer served. I'm Gluten-free, so those used to be a real treat. We came early, so were seated out in the patio area; the fires were nice, but noise level got so loud I still have a sore throat from screaming to make myself heard across the table.
7 of us girls had brunch here on Saturday and we all agreed that it was fantastic. Excellent Mexican food with some twists, nice portion size (not too heavy or large) and wonderful brunch cocktails also. We had a fantastic waiter and all around good time. Highly recommend for brunch!
Food was overly spiced and VERY salty. I like spicy food, but this was exceptionally hot. Which would have been okay had the wait staff mentioned it. But no excuse for over-salting.
Beside the hair we discovered in our shrimp ceviche, everything else was good. Our server was quick and attentive to our orders. I'd come back here again.
The food was great, the service was really good, the drinks...wow. First time visiting and we will be back!!! Highly recommend any drink made with their home made ginger beer ! Yum!
Service was great food was okay
My family was visiting from Florida for a special celebration. We chose Poquitos for lunch and sat in the atrium. It was light and airy. Our server was very professional and attentive. Our food came out quickly and everything from our drinks to our deserts were beyond delicious.
Authentic food and exquisite flavors.
Something as basic as cheese dip, salsa and fried beans, Poquitos makes it remarkable.
Good variety in dishes and drinks were also really good.
Ribs were delicious, wait staff were very kind and attentive
Food was good and service was a little slow. Drinks had a lot of ice and not much drink. Atmosphere was nice and staff was pleasant.
The food we ordered was great shrimp and grits! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. The service was good.
Overpriced. Rice and beans were cold. Server wad nice.
Fun atmosphere-waitstaff excellent. Food delicious. Would recommend to others coming into the area.
The food is excellent and the atmosphere is low key but fun.
Great place to meet with friends!
Food and service was good
Steak tacos had a lot of flavor, the jalapeno queso was great
We don't go often because the noise level and music is so loud you can't enjoy the time there and you certainly can't visit with friends
Delicious food!! Loved the pork carnitas, guacamole, trio of tacos and enchilada suiza. Churros were a great finish! Definitely will go back!
The food was amazing, the service was great! This was a great experience and a great date night location!
Very friendly wait staff, and very fast service. Food and cocktails were great.
Food was okay. Not great. Not bad.
Drinks a little subpar. No creativity when customizing. Stick with what’s on the menu.
Oh, and no substitutions. Lame. They offer sets of 3 tacos, but I wanted to order an al a card
We had a big group come in and Poquitos accommodated us very well. We had very great service and the food was good as well. Such a fun ambience to start off a great night. We will be back.
