    They only have one and I mean one option for a red wine. Was told that they are phasing out wine and won’t be serving it whatsoever. For those of us that don’t care for tequila or other Mexican style drinks it’s unfortunate. I won’t go to this restaurant again.

    For my wife’s birthday we brought 2 families with 2 manic toddlers and a newborn. They were super accommodating and really help us have an adult birthday even with kids present. Our server was new, but was super pleasant, and the whole team took great care of us (which meant we could keep the kids quiet lol). Food was great, menu was diverse enough to have options but not the Mexican Cheesecake Factory like some places. Great quality, not dry and not sloppy - and the margaritas were 👌

    I know I said the food was fab, but the drinks are SUPER expensive. $20 for a marg? Even still will definitively go again. I’ll stick to wine! lol

    We travel to AZ a lot and have been trying to find a restaurant in WA that can come close to the quality, atmosphere, and service we find so easily in Arizona. It wasn’t until tonight that we found a unique Mexican restaurant serving good food and drinks in a fun environment. Looking forward to our next visit!

    The food was super bland and the portion was little. I found the service very slow even when the place was half empty. There was no taste to the chicken without the sauce. And on the other hand shrimps were very spicy. Quesadilla was great but was expensive with grilled chicken and small portion.

    not sure if it was a new server, but it was not the typical Poquitos service we were used to. the server didn't know the menu. sides of rice/beans was not with the meals and seemed surprised when we asked about them. asked us if we wanted flour or corn tortillas so we chose flour. when we get the bill we all have an upcharge for flour. at least tell us one is an upcharge!

    Was excited to try Poquitos. The ambiance is great; with fun decor, nice bar and the outside seating. Wasn't expecting that you don't receive free salsa and chips. We paid $8 for a "half" order of guacamole that tasted store bought. It probably wasn't even a full cup size. We ordered two kids meals; tacos and the quesadillas. Came on a cute divided plate. We ordered the Trio tacos and the meat was dry. The ratio between protein and toppings lacked. Also ordered the Chicken Tingy tacos; there was too much meat on the measly little corn tortilla. The tortilla immediately broke and was disappointing. The toppings on the tacos lacked. The Hibiscus Agua Fresca was 0/10 don't recommend. Super tart and a stingy flavor not sure if they add some sort of tonic water to it. The service was horrible, the gal was oblivious to things needed on the table. I also witnessed the waitress handle straws unacceptable. Show would touch the tops with her bare hands . We got more help from the food runners. Sad disappointment to a cool looking establishment.

    So this place is very americanized Mexican and if that is your thing go for it. The service was great as was the restruant itself. However, they do upcharge on everything they offer (sour cream, extra tortillas, guacamole) so be prepare for that because we were not. The food itself was meh. They have a weird selection of house drinks. Really salty food. Like that's really all I tasted. We probably won't be back.

    Excellent Baja Grilled Fish Tacos. Server was very nice and attentive, but not intrusive. Several things my husband didn’t care for: shaken margaritas, not frozen; no combo plates-unusual for a Mexican food restaurant, but I can see what they are going for. My spouse prefers combos. We had an outside table with Bothell traffic and sirens. Lovely tree-lined street. Again, I loved it. DH said it was “ok”. Parking is difficult to find, so get there earlier to give yourself time to make your reservation. I did get a confirmation text to make sure we were on our way. Oh, dogs are welcome at the outside tables. Next time!

    Server could not smile for some reason. Didn’t seem to want to be there. Drinks did not come out correctly and they were sloppy dripping down the sides made wrong. Didn’t complain because we have family, but it was disappointing.

    Service was prompt, friendly, and responsive. Food is always great but flan dessert was horrible. Hard, flavorless, bland and thin. Even the whip cream, while fresh seemed to be missing sweetener/vanilla or otherwise. Served with fruit which we ate, but sent the rest back. Server was great and removed it from bill. Maybe new recipe? Otherwise always love poquitos!

    Our server Danielle was incredible! So friendly, attentive and fun. A gentleman Atom stopped by our table and gave us the history of the restaurant and Bothell which we really enjoyed. Definitely coming back again. Food was outstanding!

    Even thought they were pretty busy, the service was awesome. We loved our waiter. He was funny, fast and knowledgeable. We were seated for our reservation right away and the staff was very accommodating when we added more people to our group. The drinks were good and the food was too. We will come back with a group.

    I do not love spicy things (but love Mexican food - ironic, I know) but their red salsa was the first one I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant that I loved and could handle! The flavor was amazing!

    Great spot to have brunch on the weekends. Guava margaritas were tasty as well. They accommodated a large part of 12, which is not always easy. Server was excellent. Will be going back.

    Very cute and fun restaurant! Got the steak salad which was filling and good. A little pricey, but it was delicious and the guava margarita was yummy!

    The food is bland, and overpriced. I’m not sure why, but within the past year they have made some weird changes to their menus including the Carne Asada which was merely a ny steak on top of dry beans. (No sauce anywhere on the plate) Why the cook thinks that’s a carne asada? I have not a clue, but it’s disappointing considering they used to have a phenomenal Carne Asada. When telling my waitress, she seemed to back the cooks decision to serve the dry dish AND WAS A BIT SNARKY with her comment of, “I’ve been here for 8 months and that’s always how it’s been served. Additionally she did not bring me the take out box I asked for and did not ask us for our desert order. Perhaps she took offense to my criticism on the food. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to return here for anything other than a drink and small bites and/or HH.
