   Absolutely Unbelievable!! Did not know what to expect from a Supper Club in Park Ridge, but was completely blown away. The ambiance, service, and especially the food was 5 stars all the way. The six course tasting menu left us full and happy, I highly recommend this experience, truly one of a kind a real GEM!!!

   The first three courses were fine but the pork belly and the following pasta dish were extremely salty rendering them almost inedible.

   Looking for a Michelin star experience without breaking the bank…look no further!!! My mind is still blown that my husband and I each got 6 absolutely delectable courses, in an intimate, friendly, charming environment…brought our own wine…met and talked at length with the owner (Tommy), his wife, Pia, Janell (one of the fantastic servers), and the Chef, Nick…and our bill was literally $150!!! Right in Bergen County!! The food was amazing!! Tommy starts the night off at 8pm with a quick rundown of the night, a toast and boom…the food starts coming out. A comfortable pace, a little chit chat and the most delicious food! We left satisfied, happy and looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks with friends!! Can’t keep this gem to ourselves! Lol. Pop Pasta Supper Club…our new favorite restaurant!!

    Janell was extremely welcoming. We had a wonderful time and We will be back. I have shown my friends and clients the photos of the dishes. (I never take photos of food so this was a big deal) I work in westwood and have spread the word!!

    Valentine’s Day dinner. Delightful and fantastic. The food is out of this world good. It lets you try different flavors and ingredients. Highly recommend you try this . Stellar service as well. We definitely will return again. Thank for a fantastic evening and the roses were a very nice touch!

    New Favorite Restaurant! Service was great. Food was so fun to taste and perfectly seasoned. We didn’t think we would be full from the small plates but we literally rolled out of the place happy and eager to return.

    What an incredible dining experience. Each brilliantly curated course was more delicious than the next. The vibe was cool, the staff was excellent and the energy was fun! I would go every week ( I even and drove in from nyc to experience this incredible menu which changes weekly as well!) I truly look forward to coming back again and again! WOW!

    We’ve known about That Pasta Club for some time, given that they come to our local farmer’s market (we always try to grab at least the week’s stuffed pasta before it sells out), but this was our first time at the Supper Club. It is in an intimate space that is Pop Empanada during the day, and seats about 24. It is right across the street from the Park Ridge NJ Transit train station, if you’re planning on coming out from NYC. We had 6 beautiful courses consisting of a salmon crudo, a shrimp empanada, pork belly confit, bone marrow filled ravioli, brisket ragu, and panna cotta. Each course was fantastic on its own, but the menu really built on the previous dish. Most tasting menus give you a couple bites of a course and can leave you wanting more. Not here. The dinner was incredibly filling and we actually hit a wall by the time the ragu (5th course) came out and so we took some of that home. Each course came timely and the staff was great. Chef Nick came out at the end to thank us for coming, which was a really nice touch. I cannot stress how good the value is. We left full and with leftovers, incredibly happy to enjoy a truly unique and intimate experience. You can spend $75 a person very easily at any restaurant in and around NYC and barely get an appetizer and/or main. A tasting is going to be at least double, and more likely triple that, especially if drinks are involved (it’s BYOB so go crazy). To get a full meal and experience was a true delight. We are already telling our friends and working on coming out for another one. Thanks so much for the great night.

    Fantastic food by Chef Nick. Service was great and well it was remarkable. Note: Don't be late and BYOB. You'll leave stuffed with excellent food. Really amazing and Highly Recommend! Will definitely be doing this again!

    A true supper club with reservations only on two days with seating capacity of 28. What a unique restaurant and lucky find! You simply must go there. I have been telling everyone to go hesitantly because I almost want to keep it under cover as it was intended. But I want this place to succeed and still be around when I return next year from FL. :) The owner and his wife are amazing! The food is amazing! The value is amazing! It’s basically a six course tasting menu artfully prepared and perfectly executed. They change it each week depending on what’s in season. The chef was from Nobu so we’re fortunate he’s now in Park Ridge! It’s a byob as well. Just go already!!

    The food is always amazing. The menu changes every week with what is available seasonally. The pasta is fresh, homemade and always so delicious. It’s a very innovative menu. The owner is warm and inviting and it’s always a pleasure when the chef comes out at the end of the meal. Very unique dining experience.
