    This is a hands-on, interactive experience class. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch, then transforming that dough into amazing pasta including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and fun other shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment, we recommend a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine.     This was our second time at the Pop Pasta Supper Club and was just as amazing as the first time. The food is sublime. The flavors are amaziing! I had to stop myself from licking the plates clean. The owner and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's like a great little Manhattan find, without the tolls and parking.

Each course was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the dedication to using the freshest ingredients and the finest techniques to elevate traditional pasta dishes to an extraordinary level.

    Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at the Pop Pasta Supper Club, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the welcoming and easy-going atmosphere. I appreciated the art featuring Marty Mcfly, Madonna, and Prada in Marfa, TX. Prince is also featured! The night's highlight was undoubtedly the lobster cappelletti, which I am now utterly obsessed with. Each bite was accompanied by a disbelieving shake of the head —perfectly cooked pasta enveloping succulent lobster with a sweet corn emulsion sauce and umi foam… It was rich and delicate, and I wanted six more servings! The entire experience was infused with thoughtful and inventive flavors, and the dining experience was attentive and unpretentious. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or just someone who loves a great meal in a comfortable setting, this is a must-visit!

    Unique tasting experience. The melding of flavors on every course was amazing. This is a NYC gastro experience in small town Bergen County. Tucked across from the Park Ridge train station in an unassuming empanada shop that converts to a fine dining experience. Tommy in the front of the house and Nick the chef are world class. It’s not just amazing pasta, although the 2 courses of homemade (one lobster and the 2nd raised short rib) are just the right amount of richness and multiple flavors. There is an Asian influence to some of the dishes (maybe from Nick’s time at Nobu) that just works. The salad course was hearty and again had a lot going on. Even dessert, a coconut tiramisu, was as good as it gets. And I never order tiramisu!l Worth the price and BYOB. Two seatings 5:30 and 8 on the weekends. I’m hoping once the word continues to get out I’ll still be able to get a reservation!

    What a fun dining experience. Great atmosphere. The food was delicious and different than anything I have had before. Run don’t walk to this wonderful restaurant!

    A top shelf experience in a wonderfully crafted tasting menu. Very creative and it hits on all cylinders. Great friendly service. And since the menu changes you can go back over and over again
