   So I read a lot of reviews before we booked. We did the $450 cabana for 4 people. So it’s really for 2 people. Any one over the 2 has to plan on sitting somewhere near by. Total misdirection from the hotel. The food was decent. Appetizers were not great. We fed the ceviche to the sweet resort cats that they don’t take care of. The street corn not good. The tropical fruit was very good and chicken and burgers were good. They had more dinner like options than lunch. The drinks were good and at $17 a drink it’s easy to hit your number. We did enjoy the cabana but it was stressful accounting for where people are sitting so it was a bit of a rough start.

   Had a great time celebrating a birthday. The original cabana we were supposed to be In was by a sewer leak however they gave us 3 cabanas right next to each other that worked out great! Had a wonderful time and definitely would go back. Music and ambiance was perfect!

   Was there from 11:30-4:30. Never saw waitstaff. Had to go to the pool to fill my own water bottle. Ate lunch at the restaurant. The only good thing about not seeing a server was that I didn’t have to meet the $125 food and beverage minimum. $125 was a lot to pay for just a beach chair and an attendant putting my towel on it upon arrival.

   So worth it to have a spot to take all your stuff. Very easy to meet the required spending level. Large loungers. We had 10 high school grad boys and they all fit.

   The experience was pretty nice. We went with my mom, sister and our kids. Mine are younger hers are older. We had to get two cabanas to accommodate everyone. I think it’s definitely a better deal if you have older kids and adults. It was hard to reach the food and drink minimum with my kids and mom (who doesn’t drink). The food was good, drinks were good! And the service was great! It was a fun time and we all really enjoyed ourselves. They even gave us beach chairs and umbrellas

   If you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s not worth it. You can do this on your own. Food was okay, but definitely overpriced. It was nice to have the jet skis and parasailing near by.

    We had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our bed set. Waiter was in another area and we had to call for her. No coordination with parking ticket. Should have a set fee because is a day pass to the hotel

    This particular “experience “ includes a daybed with the occasional umbrella if you’re lucky enough to find one. There are cabanas but this level does not include one. Basically, you’re paying for a free daybed. It’s quite the scam.

    we got a daybed in the shade on the beach from 11am - 3:30pm, two adults and a 4 month old baby. we expected the worst based on reviews, but honestly everything was great! beach is lovely and not too crowded, menu has a lot of healthy options. this was pretty much exactly what we needed to make a day at the beach possible. we are back now for a second day. would recommend and am happy to know this is exists for future visits.

    Rip off Two pads for a lounge chair on some wood. I thought the $250 included service, food, drinks. We never saw a wait staff person. Total rip off. Get your free lounge chair on the beach. Bring your own drinks from the room.

    We rented the pool day bed for the day- due to a general shortage of staff in restaurants and hospitality lately around the island I was anticipating that service would be fair, however this wasn’t the case. Our server was extremely attentive and we didn’t have to wait long for drinks or food. I was pleasantly surprised since this was Easter Sunday and they were busy.

    We had such a great time! The staff were all amazing. Our server Michael was great. He was always available. The pools were great. The water temperature was perfect! We swam the whole day. My kids (6 & 7) did not want to leave and keep asking to go back. I can’t say enough good things about it. We were in Cabana #12 for reference. We could walk right on the beach (my kids were having too much fun in the pool so didn’t get a chance to go) and also had a great view of one of the pools so I could still watch my kids if I wanted to take a quick break. For reference the pool near us was 3 1/2 feet deep so my children could easily touch the bottom of the pool. Highly recommend!

    The pool where we were staying was closed for repairs so we rented beach chairs here for the day which gave us access to the pool and bar restaurant. Food was very good and the service was excellent from the guys helping with our beach chairs to the waitress and bartender. Definitely recommend!!

    We had the best time using the day beds ! The service was great and definitely made the day even better. The day beds themselves are very comfortable and come with an umbrella. It is totally worth the extra money especially during a busy weekend. Ask the pool team for pricing and availability before booking if you have the chance .

    Book for the weekends when there is a DJ! Being able to enjoy the adult only pool was worth it in itself ! Service was great and it was nice to receive bottled water upon arrival. Definitely try the hummus and pinchos on the menu DELICIOUS!! Shout out to the bartender who also made killer fresh watermelon margaritas!

    Food was good, got there for 10 when reservations start, service started around 12 not 11 as stated and it is definitely not an “adults only” pool several families with babies and children were in and out of the pool with blow up floats and on the blue free day beds. The facility is really nice, music was good, stunning beautiful area would go again but with adjusted expectations. Servers were busy but did great.

    The cabana on the beach was amazing. Juan our server was very attentive. The food was great and it got better the drinks were tasty. The view Absolutely gorgeous. We will be back very very soon definitely enjoyed our time.

    Worth every penny. Rented a cabana for the morning and afternoon before our flight back to NY. Our waitress was so attentive and kind, the location is perfect whether you want a pool day or beach day. Bartenders were quick and made strong drinks. Nice area by the tennis courts to shower and change before catching a cab to the airport. Perfect!

    Beach chairs are free to hotel guests, which was not clear before we booked. Also the $100 food/drink minimum was supposed to be good until 6 p.m. but the kitchen closed early for a private event. No one told us this so we weren't able to put in a food order.

    Was charged $125 for each chair & needed three chairs. I was told the chairs come with a umbrella and beach service but there were NO umbrellas in that direct sun & no waiters on on last stay in PR was very frustrating and for $375 to sit and boil in the sun they said I could not change my reservation to the day before for $250 that was not in the sun but also had no service. The security was ridiculous asking what room I was in when I pay for services & don’t get a wrist band specifically for my beach service area but your harassing us and arguing with us? We have stayed at this hotel many times but this time just wanted to come for the cabana at the pool for $425 plus food $350 and our last day the beach chairs with no umbrella and no service for $375. I even tried to go to the tiki bar myself and the guy was short with me saying what’s your room number ? I can’t serve you. And my husband and I stayed here multiple times and have even stayed at the ocean front villas and spend thousands of dollars here and I have to say I was very disappointed this time & can’t exist for the Ritz Carlton to be open because you get what you pay for at the Ritz.

    Lisa is a fantastic manager. Very caring to make sure the family was comfortable. Yesterday Jassray took care of every need of ours, food and drinks. Add to that her sweet smile and hospitality. Very highly recommended to be by the pool and beach.

    The experience was outstanding!!!! JoHelen, Ruben, Alondra and the rest of the staff was incredible. I celebrated my birthday and I would strongly recommend this experience. Food Wise: Lobster, Gouda Fritters are a most.

    Food took 3 hours to come. Servers try so hard, but it’s way understaffed. We ordered food at 12:45 and it came at 3:30. Cold. Nice set up, but they just need a better kitchen and more people!

    Had a great time. I’d like to see more seafood options as a pescatarian but overall the food was good. The service was incredible, especially considering what’s going on in the local and global economy. The staff was stretched thin and yet very accommodating. I was not a particularly needy guest but observed how other guest were treated and I must say that whatever they are doing at the Fairmont to keep talent must be celebrated. The staff was attentive, gracious, and patient with the most difficult guest. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my experience enjoyable.

    Where to start. You don’t get to pick what # cabana. You have to use open table even if your in front of the pool service attendant. They told me both times they could not change them even though some were still empty. Some are better than others as the sun moves across the sky. The seaside cabanas have no screens on the sides and we had to abandon ours or be roasted in the sun. The next day We tried the LUX cabana and the only 3 are in a heavy walk way area. The pool speakers are located by the cabanas and are loud. Great if I was in college but not for a family with kids. I like to turn the volume up but this was obnoxious. The only pool that is not blasting music and offers good shade options has no cabanas next to them. I get a cabana at every resort we goto. In hindsight I should’ve passed.

    The adult's only advertised cabana's, while very nice, are NOT adults only. The hotel does rent them to families with children so be aware if you're expecting a more quiet, adults only section, it's not guaranteed.
