We were unable to attend Pool after dark. because the reservation service is no longer available. There is only a fee for admission. OpenTable please contact Harrah for further update.

Was very excited to have a reservation at this establishment. Looked up the show, read the reviews which were so-so decided to check it out for myself. We went for Valentine's weekend. Saturday 2-12 when we got there, there was another couple waiting, the doors opened 10 min late, first red flag, we came back for our 730 reservation. The host was less than friendly, he showed us the prefix menu for Valentine's Day, the day was the 12th so not sure how that was a must do. My husband didn't like the options, but I was okay with it, and I was starving. We got seated, my husband didn't order any food, I had no choice but the $98 prefix options. We both ordered drinks that they served us in plastic disposable cups. Long story short, the service was trash, the food wasn't all that and overpriced, they did not disclose that is was a prefix menu in advance and they had the nerve to include a tip on the bill. Was very disappointed to say the least. Most likely never to return to this establishment.

The entertainment was lack luster at best. Drinks that were supposed to be served with cotton candy and sugar rim were in. Plastic cups with no garnish. Pretty disappointing valentine's day dinner.

It was ok I thought that because of the prices it would be top rated food, but alas the food was mediocre at best. The ambiance looking ofver the pool was great though.

We were extremely disappointed. There was no “experience” going on instead they were setting up for a comedy show that we were never told about when we made the reservation. When we asked the manager he did not care at all and brushed us off. We purposely booked to stay at the Harrahs to do the pool during the day then experience the vibe dining which never happened. Again we were extremely disappointed.
