Ponte Vecchio Ristorante e Pizzeria
Our mission is straightforward – to provide our guests with the best food in a warm and welcoming setting. We use the highest-quality produce and meats in all of our dishes, and you will taste it throughout your meal.
Our menu specializes in Napolitano-style pizza and includes an extensive list of fresh tasteful pastas, including our favorite special: pear ravioli. The hand-picked meat cuts and fish that our Chef prepares every day will also delight your palate, and wait until you try our home made Nutellino and Tiramisu; you will dream about our desserts!
While sticking to authentic Italian cuisine, we keep things fun by innovating with seasonal and original specials for lunch and dinners, every day. Our wine cellar also includes a selection of imported wines, along with an attractive cocktail list to pair with your culinary ride.
The owner greeted us at the door she was very nice and the servers were also very pleasant, but unfortunately the food did not meet with my expectations... maybe I will give it another chance and see we how it goes.
Nice pasta and pizza.
Delicious veal piccata.
It was closed. I had a confirmed reservation, but it was closed and was not told.
Great place for a quick dinner. Nice little strip area of Coconut Grove and a friendly little restaurant with fantastic food. We had seven different dishes amongst our group and everyone was very pleased. even the ratatouille had more than a peasant dish flavor. There were not a lot of people there and service was still slow. After spending some time in South Florida, Beginning to think that this is a “thing“ because people seem to be more laid-back in this area.
Great traditional Italian food, friendly and attentive service, very reasonable prices—if I lived in the area it would be on my regular list of go to places.
We arrived a little early and waited at the bar with drinks! Service at the bar was friendly and sweet.
When our table was ready the bar tab was transferred to the table with professional enthusiasm.
My Linguine with Clams was changed to Spaghetti with Clams at my request while the server was delighted to handle the request.
When the food arrived it was hot and wonderful! My wife’s Egg Plant was delicious!
We had never seen such a wonderful restaurant staff working in unison efficiently without rushing or running!
The owner came over to greet us and ask about our dishes. She was delightful to speak with and very charming.
We can’t remember when our visit to a restaurant had been so perfect! Apparently, they are new owners and committed to their patrons!!
Outstanding service, terrific food, great cozy atmosphere.
Food is delicious. We will definitely return many times. Service was good and owner was attentive to every detail.
Great food and service. I’m a regular.
Excellent food. It was 6 of us and all meals were excellent. Ravioli with truffle were amazing, salmon very good, chicken parmigiana and eggplant awesome. Service spectacular
There’s also a saxophone player ion Saturdays that is fabulous
TV with sports on main dining area takes away from the cozy / intimate feeling that can be created with the low lights and jazzy saxophone music. Next tune well go in shorts and tennis shoes and sit in the bar. However the food was excellent, service needs help. Skip the Sangria! Go for a bottle of wine or beer instead🙁
Our go to place for a casual date night.
Great food, amazing service for a great price!
We don't like italian food that much but when we tasted the Pizza Napolitana & the meatballs... Wooo!!!
One of a kind! Excellent service and amazing food. Oh! Also the music is so cool!
Food was excellent, I've been there twice already and both times we have all really enjoyed our food and the service. This place is a gem. I will make this my go-to restaurant from now on.
We love Ponte Vecchio. Our most recent visit was for my birthday on 7/20, and everyone went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday. We got a focaccia appetizer with prosciutto and arugula as a starter. My wife ordered the Ponte Vecchio salad, my stepson had his regular fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, and I ordered the Penne alla Mafia. All of the dishes were extremely tasty and well presented. We also had a Nutella dessert which was delicious. The staff was kind enough to sing Happy Birthday to me accompanied by the live saxophone player that plays on Saturday nights. You can't go wrong at this place.
We had birthday celebration and everything was great ..even the candle on desert ! thks
Fantastic food! Great service and very friendly staff. Small, casual, comfortable and delicious Italian food.
My husband had tiramisu for dessert, it was outrageous! Very light and delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect.
I usually order delivery, but decided to go in to see what the actual restaurant was like and it was nice: great food combined with excellent service, the latter of which can be rare in Miami.
The restaurant was nice and quaint. Upon entering the hostess was very pleasant. Our food was fantastic. I had the red snapper and it was cooked to perfection. The bread was magnificent. I would go back for the bread alone. It was an overall great dining experience. I will return.
stunning as usual!!!
What a great place! The food was delicious, the homemade bread was amazing and the service was great!
Great environment and great food with Friendly service. Definitely coming back!
Absolutely loved our visit to Ponte Vecchio Ristorante! I had the pear and gorgonzola pouches (not sure what their italian name is) but they were fantastic. Not a HUGE portion but just the right amount to leave space for dessert! My husband had the truffle ravioli which was also delicious! The pumpkin ravioli was a little too sweet for my taste but good nonetheless and the calzone is GIANT, but gooey and cheesy goodness! The tartuffa (spelling?) was small but just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and wonderfully decadent. 10/10 would eat again!
We went to Ponte Vecchio for late afternoon Easter lunch. It was amazing. Food was beyond delicious. Atmosphere was nice. It was kinda quiet as we were between lunch and dinner crowds. I’ve eaten there before but my family had not. It was a very enjoyable time. Will definitely come back.
The gnocchi and eggplant were great! The pasta had nice flavor and cooked well. Food was slow to come out and server seemed to be new. Live music was a nice touch but they shouldn't have Martial Art fighting on the TV during dinner.
Food and service are amazing. On Saturdays they have a Saxophone player that is very good.
Had truffle raviolis and another time pasta filled with pear. Both outstanding. The spaghetti fruto de Marie also very good. I highly recommend this place
We have enjoyed Ponte Vecchio several times previously, by ourselves as a couple and with friends who have also been pleased. The food is always well prepared, appetizing and delicious. The bar serves a good variety of beverages, wines and cocktails. On the evenings when there is live music it is pleasant and not intrusive. One reason we like Ponte Vecchio is because it is within walking distance from our home, but there is valet parking available. The menu has many different options, although we have our favorites. We look forward to our next dinner to try something different.
Food and service were good. The Octopus was cut too thin for our taste. Will try it again.
The pizza is the best pizza I have tried in Miami.
We have been there several times and it has always been good. Good neighborhood/family restaurant
Loved it! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Wonderful service. The pizza was great! Next time we will try a pasta dish.
Our second time here and we were more amazed than the first time. Food is delicious, service is amazing and the restaurant is a nice cozy place. We went for Valentine’s with our 9 yrs old son and we allá have a great time.
Great service great food
It's a cute and cozy restaurant located off 22nd Ave & Coral Way. Great for the area since there are really very few eateries around there. The service was fantastic. Both the hostess & our server were very nice and always with a smile. The place was full for a Friday night. The food was good. For appetizers, we had focaccia bread topped with prosciutto di parma, arugula and fig. It was tasty. For my main course, I had spaghetti with meatballs. My friend had egg plant with pasta. I didn't give it 5 stars because it is not a true authentic Italian restaurant (but I'm picky being that my boyfriend is Italian & I go to Italy every year). Would I go back? Maybe.
While not a fancy spot, it does in the back room have an interesting look. Food was classic and delicious. Yes, do go and enjoy without going broke!
Amazing food quality and service.
Good place and very good food but the music is too loud.
The pizza was authentic Italian. Very light. Mussels and Calamari were great appetizers. Def going to return. Plenty of parking on Coral Way. Very impressed with service. Gotta try the lemon cake for dessert. Felt at home and casual atmosphere.
Great Italian Cuisine. Great Atmosphere and superb service.
