   We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, the plate came looked delicious but when we tried the Huge Meatball, it was mushy, wet, not tasty at all, very disappointed, we ate the pasta, they gave us a discount, we were going to enjoy dessert until a party of 8 came in with little children and babies. Too noisy for us , thanks but no thanks, done that, we’re in our 70’s at a casino and children shouldn’t be allowed in these fancy restaurants. I did request a quiet spot, when we arrive there was a table of 6 all ready there but they were leaving, thought it would be a nice spot. Very disappointed

   It was a good evening at Ponte Vecchio. The food took a little long but it was hot when served so we are good with the wait.

    This is a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Nice menu selection as well. We did find we were rushed as soon as we sat down, for the atmosphere this restaurant is presenting a few minutes to determine a glass of wine and an appetizer and 10-20 min to decide what to order for a main would seem appropriate. The food was very good and served fresh and hot. The appetizer was very good, but too light on the bread bites that were meant to go with. Like most Casino restaurants it’s a bit overpriced, but enjoyable enough to make it worth it .

   Great service, friendly people! Always a wonderful experience, from start to finish. Food is delicious and well presented. I highly recommend Ponte Vecchio!

   Everything was first class. The menu choices were varied and all of high quality. The service was professional and non intrusive. Wine selections were extensive with a range of price points. Our appetizers' were well presented and delicious. Our mains were cooked to perfection and the taste was unbelievable. We shared a dessert which ended the meal perfectly. Highly recommend.

   We've been dining at Ponte Vecchio for years, and it's always a fantastic experience. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is amazing—both of which keep us coming back. The atmosphere is upscale, offering a high-end experience, yet the prices remain very reasonable. A great bonus is that you can apply your casino points toward the food bill. The staff are wonderful, and we have to give a special shout-out to LuAnn, who has provided us with exceptional service and care over the years. It's always a pleasure to plan a dinner at P.V.

   Ordered the daily special - beef tenderloin with two shrimps. The shrimps were raw when accompanied with the steak. Inedible. Told our server, she took the two shrimps and moments later returned with the exact two shrimps as I noticed my bite marks in the first shrimp. I thought I would receive two brand new cooked shrimps. After receiving the initial two shrimps back, I asked our waiter to bring two new shrimps. I finished my meal when finally the two new grilled shrimps arrived. The only compensation was a free dessert of Sorbet after speaking with the manager on duty! A big $13 saving! I guess each shrimps are counted in the kitchen and I had to ask the manager what she thought was fair. The manager never made any offer initially from her end! After this horrible dining experience will be dining elsewhere! The manager seemed not very apologetic about the incident! Very disappointed!!!!!!!

   Was there for sisters 50th birthday Diner and service exceeded expectations. Food was amazing full of flavor. Service went over and above friendly helpful and fully engaged through service
