My sister and I had a wonderful brunch at Pond House Cafe. We sat in the sunroom, overlooking the pond. It was truly delightful. Artistic table setting, excellent food, reasonable prices and a great server. We have already told many others about our experience, and we will be back soon and often. Thank you!!
The food at The Pond House is always delicious and ever-changing which makes each visit unique. Our server Kyle was (once again) incredibly gracious and helpful with his recommendations and is an absolute delight. Ask for him by name in your reservation , you will not be disappointed in the service or the food.
Great food and service. Setting for Valentines dinner in the banquet room was done nicely. Tables were well spaced allowing for pleasant "low noise' conversations.
Sluggish service. Mediocre food
excellent food quality, value and presentation. First-rate waitperson service.
Incredible specials for Valentine’s Day! As always a very special menu and a real treat. The byob just makes it that much more perfect!
Always great food; friendly servers; outdoor ambiance can't be beat. Indoors has a long way to go
Excellent food for a reasonable price with exceptional service
As I have written in previous reviews, the food and service were both excellent, as they have always been in the past. The food was high quality, nicely prepared and quite delicious. The portions were also generous. The table that we sat at, which was next to the windows, was spacious, comfortable and very relaxing. We have enjoyed many meals at the Pond House for both lunch and dinner, including such entrees as braised short ribs, Osso Bucco, meatloaf, salmon, the Pond House burger with fries, their house salad as well as mac and cheese. The Pond House is a great restaurant with a great variety of different type of entrees. We recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again.
In the past, the food has been very good. Caesar salad was tasteless.
Catching up with a friend.
It's always terrific! If I could afford it, I'd go there even more often.
The food was original and handcrafted. Loved the apple chutney with corn bread and the Green Goddess omelet was delicious and unique. I wouldn't have thought to put brussels sprouts in an omelet but it was yummy. The flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce was decadent. Perfect place for an afternoon birthday brunch!
Wonderful menu items for Sunday brunch. Try the pina colada French toast!
Saturday evening - 8:00 pm -- they accepted our last-minute reservation which was good.
Atmosphere and food very nice - a little $$ for the amount of food given - but quality food.
Hostess was good - however - our server was not. She greeted us with all smiles -- but her attentiveness to our table afterwards was slow and lacking. Other servers eventually stepped in to bring us what we needed.
Unfortunately - you judge service by your primary server - and the women serving us did not leave a good impression.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Although sometimes it can get a bit noisy, in general The Pond House is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. I've not been there on a Sunday, so cannot comment on lunch or brunch. And since we aren't drinkers, I cannot comment on the wine list. We don't often sit in the terrace room, but we did last weekend, and it was toasty warm and comfortable. In the warm weather months, it's especially lovely. The food is always good--sometimes very very good--and the staff is cheerful and helpful.

I almost kicked my plate.
the Pond House Cafe is our local favorite restaurant. The menu is varied and creative, the service and ambiance are excellent - a wonderful vibe there. and the sunday brunch is the best around.
overall the food was very good except the ginger cake for dessert was quite dry.
This is such a unique place. The deviled eggs and chicken liver mouse were amazing apps. Braised short rib and meatloaf entrees were even better.
The food was great, and our server, Kyle was awesome!!! Can't say enough about his playful, attentive and delightful presence, which totally enhanced an already special dinner. Hope to have him as our server next time, and the next.......
Always a good place for lunch or dinner. In the warmer months, they have outdoor seating.
Food is always delicious and service is usually very good. It is in Elizabeth Park, so is a fun place to walk around to see the flowers before or after eating.
What a wonderful evening! The food was remarkable. The service was personable and warm and the surrounding were elegant. Thanks for making my husband's birthday meal something to remember.
Sooooo good! We just had a special occasion brunch before a matinee show at Infinity Hall. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Noteworthy dishes: apple and brie omelette, Katz Deli omelette, and the special oatmeal raisin cookie crusted french toast. Linda, our server made sure we enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The cafe manager, Monica, went above and beyond to address a food allergy, allaying all concerns. Everyone in our party, from 30 year old to 87, enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Truly great start to a special day.
A very nice New Year brunch. The choices were innovative and tasty.
Although the restaurant was not at all crowded, service was slow.
Food choices were plentiful and what we chose was delicious.
Great ownership; fabulous staff; attentive staff; fabulous food with Gluten free options. Doesn't get much better than that!
Tiffany was terrific. We ten were celebrating an 84th birthday of a young vibrant man. The event was totally enjoyable even though the plans were last minute. Also appreciate Louis giving to Community.
This was our second visit to Pond House. We very much enjoyed the small plates. It gave us the opportunity to try new foods and food we love. We will definitely be back. The specials that are offered on certain days are fun and simply awesome. The bread with oil and balsamic vinegar I could eat all day long. We truly enjoyed our unique bacon vinaigrette on our salad. The meatloaf is divine and we absolutely loved the flatbread. The drink selections are great too. I had a Pond House cocoa with a shot of Captain and it was awesome, especially with the marshmallow on top for a cold night! We look forward to returning for yet another date night and trying something new.
