   My wife and I went at 4 PM on 5/3/25 because all the sunset times were booked. We see the sunset every night from our condo anyway, so no loss there. The upside was that we had fabulous service. Daniella, from Croatia, waited on us quickly and efficiently. We ordered about eight dishes as a sampler and shared everything. We told her to bring it all out whenever it was ready—even if the main course came before the appetizers. That’s how we always order. Somehow, she managed to bring it all out quickly and all at once. We had octopus, crunchy squid, ceviche, asparagus, (entrees-sliced tenderloin with potatoes and cherry tomatoes, and seafood rice with clams, shrimp, and scallops). For dessert: strawberry passionfruit on top of shortbread, and a coffee-chocolate-caramel delight. I had a mocktail—coconut lemonade—which was fabulous. I almost ordered another one for dessert. I’m probably forgetting something, but it was all good. Entrees good, but the appetizers and desserts were even better. I had to take half the steak and potatoes home just to make room for dessert. The atmosphere is worth a third of the price—cool disco vibe. Younger people kept coming in, but we had already placed our order, so we had zero delays. I like tasting menus and sampler-style dining. That’s why we ask for everything to come out as soon as it’s ready. I had a bottle of Pellegrino, but I was tempted to get a glass of wine. We went home afterward and watched the Kentucky Derby and the sunset from our Seven Mile Beach condo.

   Absolutely fantastic and innovative cuisine. This is a not-to-be-missed restaurant in Grand Cayman. Young hip vibe, spectacular service, beautiful views from roof top location and fireworks shows at the nearby Kimpton and Ritz Carlton hotels.

   My fault I did not realise until I arrived that the restaurant is in a hotel that’s a red flag for me .. hotels are for sleeping not eating.. and this didn’t disappoint The menu description of the food was nowhere near what was served black garlic encrusted rib eye with no crusting to be seen food was poor service was pleasant but unhelpful we won’t be back

   The whole experience was stellar! We were greeted in the driveway of the hotel, car was valeted, they explained how to get there, host escorted us to the elevator, table was amazing, sunset was gorgeous, server was phenomenal, drinks were on point, we had a blast! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10 in all categories!

   Everything about this place was fantastic. The view is breathtaking, the food is unique and delicious, the cocktails were amazing, and our server, Daniella, was extremely attentive. Everyone was kind and made it a great evening.

   Thank you for the experience. While the overall visit was fine, I wanted to share a few points for your consideration. The reservation specifically noted that the occasion was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, this was neither acknowledged nor celebrated in any way during our visit. No one inquired about the celebrant or offered any gesture that would align with what is typically expected from a five-star experience; something that is strongly implied in your marketing and branding. Additionally, I attempted to contact the restaurant several times before the reservation to follow up on a few inquiries, but I did not receive a response or returned call. While I recognize that certain gestures are complimentary and not owed, their absence, coupled with the lack of responsiveness, reflects a service dip that is hard to overlook. As a result, I’ll likely take a break from visiting until the expected standard of service returns.

   The cocktails and food were delicious but the entrees arrived well ahead of the starters, so it was a strange experience. We had the cheese bread, the tuna tartare, and the fish chicken and beef skewers. The place is pretty and the banquettes are cozy. Our server was quite distracted, but perhaps they were shorthanded. Tip is included in the bill but she tried to ask us for more, which we found odd. We would go back.

   Our server was wonderful. Great customer service. We also.loved the vibe and the food,l. However the music was too loud and seemed like a desperate ,attempt to be trendy. You can believe me that here on island we are well versed on the high end beach club areas of Europe, However, in Cayman,v we want to talk to friends and enjoy the night. Loud dj music during dinner time that doesn't end in dancing later and interrupts conversation is neither cool nor impressive. The overall feel was trying too hard to be something it's not. It could be sooo good if it took into account what we actually want.

    Amazing atmosphere and vibe, which is definitely the highlight of the experience. However, the food is just average considering the price. You’re mainly paying for the ambiance rather than the culinary experience.
