Mya was a very attentive server. I found that the menu was limited but the drinks were good. Hopefully they will add a few more options for appetizer/small plates.

I recently visited Palm Court and had a mixed experience. The ambience was genuinely impressive—elegant, inviting, and easily the highlight of the evening. The drinks were good, maybe even bordering on great, and paired well with the setting. That said, the restaurant felt understaffed, which led to slow and uneven service. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing that stood out. I probably wouldn’t return for a meal, but I’d definitely consider coming back just to enjoy a drink and the atmosphere.

Fantastic cocktails, delicious food. Recommend the deviled eggs and empanadas. Our server, Ansley, was excellent, friendly, attentive with the perfect amount of chattiness. Relaxing setting with comfy seats. A super place to chill out. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak to the food as we didn’t get to enjoy it. We had reservations for Mother’s Day brunch and upon arriving there were two groups in front of us. The sole person working seemed incredibly overwhelmed. Communictaion was poor. No high chair for our son. Overall just chaotic and unorganized. We loved the overall appeal of the place and hope to try again on a better day.

The service was absolutely terrible! I can’t recall the name of our server, but she was incredibly rude to us. We asked her three times for our coffee order, and it took an excruciating 45 minutes for it to arrive. Her response was utterly dismissive, saying, “That’s not my problem.” Seriously? We were simply asking for her assistance. Despite this appalling service, I must admit that I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant.

When I made the reservation, it seemed like Pom Court was a sit down restaurant, but instead it was a walk up counter that you order from and then eat in the patio. Not a big deal but a little odd that they take a reservation when you just have to wait in line anyway. tne food was great though, don’t expect to make any modifications though. (They wouldn’t take the egg salad off the salmon bagel). All in all, it mostly felt like a new place that’s working out a fair amount of kinks. I’d eat there again, but probably going to give them 6 months

Very nice experience, we ate in the courtyard area of hotel (restaurant is in hotel Granada). Smash cheeseburger. Cornbread very good and Maya our server was amazing, so attentive, checked in us multiple times
