Polow is a family-run restaurant offering a wide range of authentic Persian dishes made from fresh ingredients with flavorsome twists. Traditional artisan bread is made on the premises in a special oven to accompany every meal. The restaurant has retained its original decorative tiles creating a delightful dining atmosphere for its customers, who will be made very welcome by the owners. There are additional tables outside and there is an enclosed outdoor patio area at the rear of the dining room, where social distancing can be maintained. We also cater for events & special occasions

awesome food fabulous people So happy that we stopped here en route back to London. Delicious food, awesome people. Saffron sugar “kebab/lollipop” by the tea is cute. The naan is so gorgeous. So fragrant and bubbly crispy. For starters we had grilled Aubergine cold and warm (kashke bademjan and Naz Khatoon) and olive with chopped walnuts (Zeytoon parvadeh, savory and subtly sweet and with lovely walnuts). All wonderful. Kebab Koobideh is very tasty. One of the best minced lamb dish I’ve had. Super flavorful but not overpowering, tender but not greasy. Kebab barg is perfectly grilled and tender though chenjeh is my usual choice. The people here are very nice and friendly. Checking on us about food and requests but not pushy. A nice place to catch up with friends. Hope I’ll pass by or take another reasonable detour again :)

Nice atmosphere and lovely team . Food ok - starters good but mains disappointing - lamb chops better on one plate than another ( we ordered 2 lamb mains )

Excellent restaurant. We use it regularly for the family outings. Food quality - excellent. Portions - huge! Excellent value for money. We always buy a takeaway for the next day since we like it so much!

Delicious flavoursome food, especially if you are a lamb lover which we are. Generous portions. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning soon.

We had to wait quite a long time for our food. We had been told when we ordered that it may be a wait because one of us had ordered Lamb chops. Still not sure why that would make a difference but we did actually wait about 45mins. Whilst waiting 4 different Uber Eats had come in and out collecting deliveries. Whilst we have nothing against a service like that having the bike riders still with helmets on stood in front of your table (at one point there were 2) we did not feel was right. The food however when it did arrive was ok.
