Friendly service, efficient but far too expensive for just a pizza!
Great place to enjoy a wood fired, brick oven pizza. I had a Margherita with buffalo milk mozzarella and it was very good. My wife and I dined here on Friday night. We chose to sit at the bar rather than a table and I am so glad that we did. What made this place so special was not the excellent food but rather the outstanding service we received, specifally from the bartender. He was attentive, professional, personable and most importantly, he made us feel as though we were VIPs.
We truly enjoyed the outstanding food and the phenomenal service we received. We can't wait to go back again.
Too noisy and the bill was a bit unexpected ... too expensive
Service was lacking in an empty restaurant. Her attitude was that she was being bothered. I think had we had a better server, it would have been a fantastic experience.
Music was old and super loud. Who wanted that? Food was great. Service was great too.
Go for the pizza, stay for the cauliflower hummus. Service was on point.
The restaurant takes its pizza dough seriously and made a fuss about it, but the quality of the pizza didn’t match the fuss. The consistency of the meatballs was not too different from what you’d find in a can of chef boyardee and the pizza sauce was too acidic. Also, the place had a musty smell that I couldn’t ignore. Not going back.
Although the restaurant accepted my reservation, they were not open
Excellent pizza. Three different doughs to choose from. Perfect for an informal dinner.
Very casual pizza place. Great if you are looking for a quick bite to eat, but ideal environment for a date. Food is fresh and delicious. Really liked the bartender and good service overall.
Food was OK, not bad but nothing special either Place looked nice but service was poor. The waitress had no personality at all. I don’t think I’d ever go back.
Fantastic pizza and service. Loved the options and knowledgeable recommendations of which pizza crust to get. Had a bunch of Chicagoans in town and even THEY were impressed! Thanks for a great meal.
We reserved a table for 2, we received the booking confirmation and we went to the restaurant but it was closed
The restaurant was closed. My booking was accepted and I had no contact from the restaurant to communicate that it was closed-A Wasted journey and VERY Poor customer service.
One of the best pizza ever. Fantastic!
Solid pizza with some unique appetizers. My wife raved over the steamed octopus, while I raved about the pizza. Trendyish atmosphere and extremely friendly service made for a great experience.
I'd definitely recommend for a causal, and unique dinner out.
Excellent food especially if you are a pizza aficionado. Prepared in a large wood fired oven - some traditional others with new combos and tastes. Reasonable wine list mainly italian
The guy was very rude and the pizza was completely burned
Food is ok, atmosphere is very casual, overall restaurant is overpriced for what it offers.
Superb food - not only the pizzas that obviously are the main attraction. Attentive staff.
Excellent fresh personal pizzas. Great choices for dough and toppings. We’ll be back!
Service was incredibly poor, food portions abundant, and food taste average at best.
Tha lamb burger and tartufo pizza were great!!
Pizza war nicht unser Ding, aber der Service und das Ambiente waren Top.
I came here to celebrate my birthday with a small group of close friends! Overall great experience. Delicious pizza and wine, in a chill environment. This was my second time dining here and will definitely be back.
One of my favourite places in Manhattan! Glad to bring some LA friends to see what I'd been raving about!
Vegan pizza was my draw in however super bitter! Could not eat it, had to get something else. Cauliflower hummus does not come with enough bread and they charge you if you ask for extra.
Lovely neighborhood place. Pizza could’ve been baked more. A bit soggy crust for a wood fired pizza place. Seasonings were inadequate
Pizza is average and expensive. The "miracolo" dough, not up to expectations, the center of the pizza was too watery. As to the minestrone, I make a much tastier one. Overall not worth the money
I'd go to John's any day instead.
Great lunch special for a nice business lunch at a reasonable price ($18/person)
Love their vegan and healthy options. Best pizza in New York City.
Great wood fired pizza! The choice of doughs is actually confusing. I wish they would recommend one with every pizza. The wine selection is great but could use more beer selection!
Great underrated pizza place!! It was pretty quiet on a Friday night, so it was very easy to get reservations. Not a ton of other options outside of pizza (some salad/pasta).
Good food. Fun place!
We had 4 Pizzas and all was fine. We also had 4 ice creams for dessert and for the given Price this was disappointing. One small piece for 10$
My reservation was not respected. I was told to wait an hour before sitting. Staff was not apologetic for the inconvenience and did not keep us updated on tables status. Disappointed they accepted a reservation when they would not respect it.
Pizza was excellent. We love all things truffle and didn’t care for the truffles meatballs. Sadly, our experience was cloudy by a super rude and loud and really vulgar patron directly next to us.
Pizza and pappardelle with lamb ragu were really good. Great service as well! They just need to offer more desserts.
Too expensive and amateur service staff. Pizza was OK. Restaurant came highly recommended and we wanted to love it...very disappointed and embarrassed in front of the friends who we asked to join us.
Even thought I called to confirm what the happy hour specials were, the hostess I talked to did not mention it was at the bar only. Regardless, the food was delicious, but we would have had way more rounds!
