PLY lies in the heart of the Northern Quarter on the corner of Lever Street and Stevenson Square. A bustling bar and pizza hangout with a mirror tiled, woodfired oven.
Our Neapolitan, sourdough pizzas are served up alongside a carefully selected and regularly refreshed range of craft beer, fine wine and twists on classic cocktails.
We have curated a programme of exhibitions and events delivered by artists from all over the world, alongside a doodle wall and our book exchange – where you can spend a good few hours with a book and your favourite bottle.

Tried the beetroot carpacco, which was very suprising but also very tasty! I had the Rustica pizza and it was very nice too. Very good value for money! Would recommend

They couldn't find the open table reservation in their system. The quality of the dough has gone down. I used to compare it with Rudy's, but not anymore.

This was a real find! Had lunch here on Xmas eve and the food was delicious! We ate from the pizza and small plates menu and everything was spot on! Great service too. Def worth a visit!

Best vegan pizza ever! Staff were lovely and ambience was great. Music was sometimes a bit too loud but other than that is was perfect.

The band was extremely loud and a very odd choice. Conversation was virtually impossible. Shame as everything was very good.
