   We had heard so much about Pluma’s popularity and we were not disappointed when we visited in June. We could choose a table and loved the decor and music. The waiter was absolutely excellent at helping us choose suitable dishes and accompanying wine and the service was quick and efficient. Staff stopped for a chat if we wanted and we felt very welcome. This is not a cheap restaurant but you could easily pop in for a snack and drink on a more regular basis as the tapas is ordered as separate dishes. We will certainly go again!

   This place was recommended to us and it certainly did not disappoint. Staff were wonderful, so very friendly and helpful. Food and wine were delicious. We will definitely return and will certainly recommend. 😊

   I want to start by saying that the food was lovely. Expensive though. Unfortunately, we had to send back 3 bottles of the same rose wine, in a row, all that were corked, which was embarrassing and not a great start. In the end, the waiter suggested another (cheaper) one, which was fine. However, when the bill came, the original wine choice was on there, which had to be refunded and substituted for the cheaper one. To be honest, I was surprised that under the circumstances, the wine was on the bill at all. I also feel that instead of suggesting the cheaper wine, the manager could have made a gesture of goodwill and let us have the more expensive choice (there were only 3 rose options and we had opted for the middle priced one), for the price of the corked option that we had first selected, or even leave it off the bill altogether? Due to the experience we had with the wine, and the fact that it was an expensive meal, we would probably not return, and would hesitate to recommend it to friends.

    The food is wonderful, the staff very informed, friendly and helpful. Great ambience with open kitchen and atmosphere.
