   Not sure why I would get an option to reserve a table if the restaurant was not open. I had a reservation at 5:30pm on 2/9/20 and when myself and 3 others showed up there was a sign on the door stating 'closed for renovations'. Very disappointing!!

   This restaurant is not open any longer. They should have let open table know and not allow people to make reservations

   I was very excited for the two-for deal Plaza was offering for the 2020 Providence Restaurant week, especially with the limited options of restaurants that have dishes for vegetarians. So I made a reservation on Open Table for Saturday, January 25. When I showed up for my reservation, the restaurant was closed for renovations. As we stood in the cold rain trying to figure out where on Federal Hill we could enjoy a restaurant week menu without needing a reservation, we saw many people walk up to the restaurant to discover it's closure as well. There is no excuse for not blocking off reservation times on Open Table and removing yourself from the restaurant week list of participating restaurants if you're not going to be open. If they intend to reopen they will find many aggravated customers who probably won't bother to patronize their establishment again.

   Place was closed for renovations. We got dropped off from an uber in the rain with no where to eat. It took nearly 10 mins to get a new uber and we were freezing and soaked. The app/website should have never allowed us to book. I will no longer use opentable.

   Made a reservation through Open Table for Restaurant Week. After walking through the rain, we found it was closed for renovations. This restaurant was not only listed on the PVD Restaurant Weeks site, but also on RI Food Fights Lord of the Wings. Why announce participation in two events and then be close for renovations? We are doubtful they abruptly closed for renovations, not that it matters, because we will not be returning. It was outrageous that we were able to book on Open Table when they were closed.

   Made reservations on Tuesday 01/20/2020 and then received confirmation on the following day. The place is closed!!! Sign on the door said... "Closed for Renovations". Not quite sure why they are still on Open Table if they are not open!

    They let us make a reservation through open table for a Wednesday at 7 pm, their own website lists their hours as Tuesday through Sunday, we order a Lyft (since we had a Groupon that included multiple glasses of wine so didn’t want to worry about either of us driving home), show up at our appointed time, and the restaurant is closed. Sign on the door says open Thursday through Sunday. So now we’ve paid for a Lyft for nothing and we’re standing there in 20 degree weather trying decide where we want to go that’s close enough to walk in the freezing cold. I’m pretty sure this is a new restaurant (unless it moved from another location, but Caffe Dolce Vita was in this location not too long ago), and in the super-competitive providence restaurant industry, this is not the way to get ahead. Will most likely be trading this Groupon in and not attempting to visit this location again, unless they actually try to do something to make it right.
