I made a reservation but I expected some sort of actual restaurant, the snack bar is okay but I don't see why I made a reservation. We ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. Not dissatisfied but definitely nothing to write home about

Reservation wasn’t even honoured. Service was not the best, bathrooms were disgusting and the majority of the games were out of order. Not worth the money.

The food was good, staff was very pleasant. The kids loved it. Great not having to leave and find somewhere to go. Being able to reserve was perfect.

Had made a reservation for a large group of people. When we arrived we were not approached by anyone. We had to seek out staff. The first staff claimed to be looking into our reservation and then she disappeared for over ten minutes, failing to return. We then approached another staff, letting him know that we were waiting for someone. Again, he failed to help us. By the third staff and over 20 minutes of waiting in a completely empty dining area, we decided to head out. Very poor service, do not recommend.

We celebrated a Drop-In and Play Birthday here. Reservations online for a table was easy. Staff went beyond their duty to make our day fun. The facility was very clean. My kids and guests loved the food and games. I like the wristband game tag way better than using e-tickets or credits on a reloadable card. The wristband game tags help kept fun going since you can't lose it. The swag room has lots of good prizes to trade with your points earned from the games. The kids loved the zipline and rope course too.

The kids had an amazing time. Food was excellent. I'm sure as staff gets into their routine, the service will be much smoother. Everyone was helpful and energetic.
