This was hands down the worst service we have ever experienced. The server had no clue what they were doing, she did not come back to check on us. We were on a time crunch and had she come back to check on us in a reasonable amount of time, we would not have been late for the event. We asked two different people for the bill and neither one of them brought it. Overall just very poor service.

Food was excellent. Steak ny york. Meat balls to much garlic but great. And mash potatoes. Long time to get drinks. But over all great experince

Beautiful space. Very convenient pre-show restaurant with a quick 10 minute walk to Budweiser Stadium. Drinks were good. Service was good although sometimes a bit rushed. Twice we had glasses or plates quickly removed before having that last sip or bite. The food got mixed reviews. The pepperoni appetizer was great albeit quite simple. The dip for the bread was just meh. The sausage pasta was not great. The rigatoni was good. It’s pricy. But decent and very convenient for a fun pre-concert dinner.

The whole meal from apps to dessert was one of the best meals we have had in a long time , the chef there is Five Star

The Playbook Commons is a very good upscale restaurant. I would classify it as a suitable place to bring a client to. It is attached to X Hotel which is beside BMO field so there were a lot of casually dressed customers wearing TFC jerseys but if it wasn’t a game night I would expect most to be dressed business casual. The food was excellent – good selection of high-end menu items such as a mussel ceviche. It is family-style dining though meaning shareable plates, but you can order single portions as well. Overall it was a good restaurant.

Music was so loud we could not talk which was the whole purpose of being together eating - I think all the wait staff should be wearing ear protection. Just absurdly loud. Food was very good though
