   Was so excited to try this restaurant. I had trouble making my indoor reservation on time and had to change it to outdoor seating. Let me tell you no one who’s been to ANY restaurant would considered that outdoor seating. It’s a little seating area across from the restaurant. In my opinion this should be described more in detail in their reservation description because it did change the experience. I will say the food was amazing! Ordered the seafood chowder soup and that was extremely flavorful. Also had the lobster Mac and cheese. This was one of their more highly recommended dishes online and it did not disappoint. Every time a waiter/waitress would bring food or drinks out they seemed confused most times as to which table to bring it too. Prob due to this “outdoor seating arrangement” I never even saw what the restaurant looked like from the inside. That’s how disconnected the indoor and outdoor is. Regardless the food was worth it. But if you’re looking for an experience outdoor seating is not the option you want to pick.

   Food was amazing! Our table was at back n sticky with wet cushions. Ambience was absent in that section. For the cost they need to do lots more. BTW you are charged for water. I loved the food but I wouldn't go back.

   We arrived at 10 with reservations. After we were seated, we were rushed to order because they said at 11 we had to leave due to a private event. The food made it to our table at 10:30 so we had to eat quickly to leave. We did not get to enjoy our dinner or the experience of Playa since we were rushed. The food was ok, and they played great music. The food was definitely over priced! Not worth it!

   Place was nice but it was a lot of things I didn’t like also. We asked one waiter prices for hookah he told us $195 then asked how much for the birthday dessert he told us $60..once our waiter came back we asked him the same question he said the hookah was $150 and the dessert was $50. The food was okay the drinks were terrible not the taste just the fact it tasted like it didn’t have any liquor in them for a $30 Lemmon drop. But honestly feel like the guy tried to make extra side money off out party up charging everything we asked about

   As a first time patron, I didn’t know what to expect but it was just what I needed for my night in Miami. The food - oysters on the half shell, calamari, and lobster Mac n cheese - were top tier. “D” took great care of me! I’ll definitely return.

   I did not like my experience here simply because the waitress we had was very rude and had an attitude which was not called for. I asked to speak to a manager to tell them about her behavior and of course they never showed up. Part of what we ordered never showed up and asking more than one person the issue still was not resolved. If the food wasn’t good I would have rated this place a 1!!!! I do not think I will be coming back unless management train their employees the correct way on customer service.

    If you want to party then come here, it’s more of a club vibe than a restaurant. Food was mid, service was lacking and took forever even though they told us we could only be seated for 90 minutes. Would not recommend unless celebrating bday and want a party vibe.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went to celebrate my birthday and had a hard time getting in. I made a reservation TWO weeks prior. Once I arrived with my party I was told I have to pay $2,000 for a table to be seated. I was never told this when I made my reservation two weeks prior which was over the phone. I also paid the REQUIRED $25 deposit which is per person when I booked my reservation. I waited outside for an hour and kept getting the run around. after a hour I was finally seated at the bar with my party instead of at a table which I reserved. This was a Horrible experience I would not recommend this place at all. The SERVICE AND PEOPLE WERE HORRIBLE. It’s not worth the time or hassle to go here in my opinion. They are only after one thing and that is MONEY.

    Although we had a reservation our wait time was 1.5 hours due to no accepting the “preference” of sitting outdoor when I contacted restaurant and requested indoor seating. They explained that they had larger parties that took up most of their two tops. I do understand over booking reservations for no shows but no way is 1.5 hours acceptable wait time. The hostess can use a a training on professionalism in the service industry. The manager Percy was not helpful at all. Yea it was a overwhelming night and he did apologize that someone dropped the ball. However, we were just pushed to sit at the over crowed bar. The bartender Gokhan was very attentive even while being super busy he had our drinks rolling. Food either didn’t come out, came out wrong , and came out 45-50 minutes late. This restaurant is not for a nice dinner it’s more for a group Of friends to get together for bottle service and hookah which fine. However the dinner experience aspect was a 1 star.

    I hate that they sit you by the restroom with poor lighting and you can’t hear the music ! Meanwhile I’m spending $1000 on dinner and barely can see what I’m eating or can’t catch the experience. That was a complete turn off for me and I informed the manager on it , He sent a round of shots of “house” tequila and we were drinking casamigos all night but I guess he tried . That is not what I came from Philadelphia to experience!

    It was a great ambiance, very attentive staff, and the food was delicious! We tried the steak egg rolls, lamb chops, salmon, broccolini, and lobster mac and cheese! Passion fruit margaritas set the tone and we ended our celebration with the chocolate lava cake! Will definitely be going back!

    Do not book outdoors if you’re coming for the ambiance. We booked an outdoor table after reading lots of reviews and were not able to find this info so I am letting you all know now - the “outdoor” tables are not on a cute patio or anything of the sort, they are in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk in the middle of an outdoor mall. Feels like a food court with tableside service. We walked up to check in and the hostess was immediately unfriendly despite our courteous greeting and was quick to inform us that no indoor tables were available, which we initially said, “of course, no problem” to, until we took in the state of the “outdoor seating” area. We chose to stay anyway and noticed that a two person table was available visible through the window. That table stayed vacant the entire time. They charge a $25 PER PERSON non refundable deposit, probably to discourage tourists from canceling reservations upon getting tricked into this table setup. That being said, the food was delicious, we had the whole branzino, lobster ravioli, truffle pasta, and a side of crab meat. We weren’t even very hungry and the food was so good that the whole subpar experience was worth it. Also, it does turn into a nightclub at 10pm. All drinks are insanely priced and there is no spirits list available to check the price of drinks/liquor before ordering. I wouldn’t eat there again.

    My server was amazing I wish I got his name. The food was soooooo EXPENSIVE! The drinks were $20 plus!!! For two people our bill came up to 444 they also included the 20% service charge. I really liked it but it was too pricey

    Restaurant is really nice inside and out a little to loud to what I’m used to the couple next to got engaged couldn’t hear it but saw it being that we sat next to them. The food was ok not as great as it looked my server was the best. Oh yeah can’t forget the racist photographer who didn’t let us take picture but did of everyone else!!!

    Outstanding service, food, and ambiance. Portions were large, server was attentive, and the decor was beautiful. Drinks were also terrific and music definitely kept the mood upbeat.

    Made a reservation for 915 arrived only for this rude lady at the front to say it’s a hour wait for the table despite having a reservation. This place is trying to create demand that doesn’t exist. Got in and it was empty. They called me and said they have a dress code to wear heels. Got it multiple men with hoodies and gym attire. Definitely not what it portrays to be. Nothing but hype. Urban spot people trying to look like someone they really are not. The usual Miami vibe.

    Decent restaurant! However, I was charged a $50 deposit for reservations that was supposed to go towards the final bill, when asked about it they said management wasn’t there to apply it to bill. Total BS! Will never revisit.

    The only thing good about this place is the employees. The actual cost of anything on the menu is almost double the price because they add all sorts of taxes that I saw nowhere listed on the menu, Absolutely do not go here or expect whatever price you see on the menu to actually be double that.

    Came to celebrate two birthdays and we were asked a few times if we were celebrating anything and mentioned birthdays. There were no birthday shout outs like mentioned on social media. We were given the check without being asked if we wanted dessert. The music was fine it’s quite loud. The interior decor and vibes were cool. It was an Experience for sure. food was excellent.

    Pretty place for pictures food good. Only thing is I had a reservation at 9:45 didn’t sit down til 11 & also they acted like they didn’t want to service us. The host said they overbooked which is crazy if u only do reservations
