   This was the worst food in all of Miami and a scam we were overcharged on drinks on my bday and the place was DEAD on a Friday night such a fail. And on my birthday ! Smh

   I booked a reservation at Playa for my birthday dinner and I had an overall good experience. The ambience was everything. My favorite part of the experience was the photographer at the entrance as soon as we arrived. It adds a unique touch to the dining experience. The food was also amazing, I ended up ordering the glazed salmon and the baked mac and cheese and it was really good. I will say I was a little disappointed to find that a lot of the food options were sold out by the time of my reservation’s. Our server, Giana, i believe her name was made sure that we were accommodated as much as possible for the inconvenience. Whenever I am in Miami again, I will be revisiting.

   I came here two years ago for my birthday and it was really good. But this time food quality wasn’t good. Very mid.

   Our service was very bad. Our server did not come and check up on us and she let our food sit out too long. We received our food. Our food was completely cold very disappointed in this restaurant. I was super excited because it was my birthday.

   If you appreciate your taste buds and value your money do not eat here. This was a DISAPPOINTING meal. The chicken wings came out the color white with no seasoning or sauce, the caesar salad dressing was definitely kraft brand and the branzino had 0 flavor to it at all, and the mac n cheese… i’m convinced they just put elbow pasta with the slightest bit of cheese and over baked it in the oven with 0 flavor. Thankful I went now before bringing all of my friends there for my birthday. I would’ve been blacklisted when it comes to picking the restaurants. To serve the most dead food and have everything priced extremely high is CRAZY. It’s definitely not giving what it gave 2 years ago.

   The Lobster Ravioli was good. The brussle sprouts and Mac n Cheese was way too oily/greasy. The Salmon was not seasoned well. The bok choy was dried out. The Henrietta cocktail tasted like Sprite and strawberry syrup. The music and atmosphere was great, but the price of the food and drinks was ridiculously high.

   I heard great things about this place so I came for dinner. Absolutely terrible experience. The menu was very pricey but I went prepared for that and I don’t mind expensive. I love paying the price for a great culinary experience, but the food was just awful. I got the lamb chops, I asked for medium and it came well done and on top of the toughness it was extremely bland, absolutely no flavor. I had a side of mashed potatoes with that which was just as bland and flavorless. My wife got the lobster mac and cheese which was dry and the lobster was overcooked and not edible. She also had the spicy maple bourbon wings and all she got was the wings. There was no spice, no maple and no bourbon. Bland and tasteless just like everything else. Now let’s talk about the service-as you’d expect—terrible! Our waitress never came to our table to check on us for over an hour. I wanted another drink and had to wait 1 hr 15 mins to get another one. When she finally checked on us I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food and made it clear I wasn’t fishing for a discounted meal and just wanted to make it known that the food is terrible. She said she would let the chef know. The bill came and nothing was taken off. I did say this wasn’t the goal but damn paying $330 for food we didn’t eat or enjoy is a bit wild. Not even an apology was given. The ambience as great so we tried to make the best of it by singing along to the great music. They have the vibe on 10 so maybe they should just stick to being a club/lounge and leave the food alone.

   FIRST OF ALL . Do not call them because the host personally told us they do not use the phones. Bc we tried to call several times and days in advance and we were running late. The host/waiter did not look at us or introduce themselves, just sat water on the table and left and then came back and ask if we were ready yet as if he ever acknowledged us. We waited long for food not once did the waiter apologize, and food came out cold and did not taste freshly made. Orders were not to standard. Please don’t believe the hype 🤣 “fake bougie”

   Paid the deposit and booked this place to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday after seeing multiple post on TikTok about it. Disappointed was an understatement. The hostess said she couldn’t sit us in a booth in the front, because it was only 2 of us, despite it being multiple booths with only 2 ppl, she said we could go to the back. We prefer a booth so we went to the back. It was very dark and the leather was torn cutting my leg. They were out of a lot of items living only limited items with an already limited menu. This place is overpriced and over hyped.

    The hostess are not nice and condescending, the floor plan of the tables aren’t the best. More like a social media hot spot verses true hot spot. Exchanged our drinks for shots because they were literally juice! Servers were nice but seemed to have no organization. Likely wouldn’t return
