   Made a reservation for 915 arrived only for this rude lady at the front to say it’s a hour wait for the table despite having a reservation. This place is trying to create demand that doesn’t exist. Got in and it was empty. They called me and said they have a dress code to wear heels. Got it multiple men with hoodies and gym attire. Definitely not what it portrays to be. Nothing but hype. Urban spot people trying to look like someone they really are not. The usual Miami vibe.

   Decent restaurant! However, I was charged a $50 deposit for reservations that was supposed to go towards the final bill, when asked about it they said management wasn’t there to apply it to bill. Total BS! Will never revisit.

   The only thing good about this place is the employees. The actual cost of anything on the menu is almost double the price because they add all sorts of taxes that I saw nowhere listed on the menu, Absolutely do not go here or expect whatever price you see on the menu to actually be double that.

   Came to celebrate two birthdays and we were asked a few times if we were celebrating anything and mentioned birthdays. There were no birthday shout outs like mentioned on social media. We were given the check without being asked if we wanted dessert. The music was fine it’s quite loud. The interior decor and vibes were cool. It was an Experience for sure. food was excellent.

   Pretty place for pictures food good. Only thing is I had a reservation at 9:45 didn’t sit down til 11 & also they acted like they didn’t want to service us. The host said they overbooked which is crazy if u only do reservations

    Seating wasn't what I expected. $1500 to sit in what appeared to be the general space of the restaurant. While the seats I had were in the back by the bathrooms, and door to where the the food was being brought out to the customers. All types of smells from people using the bathroom and heavy traffic from waiters/waitress running back and forth to either get peoples' order or rush to the back to smoke cigarettes and congregate it seemed. Plus it was pretty dark in there. Just didn't feel welcoming as a customer 😕. Paid for my meal and got out of there as oppose to enjoying the ambiance, which seemed to be Playa's primary goal. Celebrating my wife's bday wasn't a good look coming to this restaurant....maybe better off coming here only if i happen to be in the area to go to the bar and get a drink and leave next time.

    Food was good but menu was confusing and still some ‘growing pains’ with staff. Wanted to charge $140 for a bottle of wine that was being charged at $18/glass etc.

    The experience was horrible I had RSVP for a party of 7 the day of when we got to the location they informed us that they have a private event and that they will sit us outside no Ma’am. Furthermore they over booked . After discussing my concern they say us down only to informed us that we have 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat from the time we sat down. Bye !!!!

    From the start our experience was rushed. When I made the reservation it spells out the rule of the 90 minute seating window. Upon arrival at check in the hostess tells us we only have 90 minutes to sit at the table before being moved outside or to the bar. When we sat at our table the waitress reexplains the 90 minute window. It’s overkill at this point and actually eating into our 90 minute window. The atmosphere gives a good vibe but it isn’t top tier. The music was good. All staff members were pleasant, just rushed and pressed for time. The drinks were mediocre. Our meats were not cooked to our specifications. The Calamari and Lobster Mac &cheese was decent. The photographer and magician took away from the 90 minute window. Overall it was an experience but not one I’d repeat. I hope this helps. Enjoy.

    This is a trendy restaurant. Starters were good, but the main course was not good. none of the table of 7 enjoyed their main course and we had a variety. very expensive for what you get. many places even on Lincoln road are better.

    I am so glad I made reservations and made Playa a part of my visit to Miami. Brit was our server and she's amazing...Love the food such good flavor. Everything I ordered was delicious. Will definitely be one of the restaurants I will make sure to go back to whenever I find myself in Miami

    The staff and customer service is great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The ambiance was beautiful. I love the decor and vibe with the low red lights. The playlist was very good. The waiter was very nice and helpful when it came to selecting drinks and food. He also did his best to address feedback about food with management. The entertainment by the magician was good. The photographer did her thing. Loved our photos. All in all great first experience and would recommend for a great night out.

    Great food, great service! I loved the classy and elegant atmosphere, as well as the music. The music really amplified the vibe there. Our waiter was super helpful with the menu since it was our first time there! Great service and restaurant overall!

    It first started off terrible. We were seated next to the bar which was crowded. When I asked if we could move we were told no. One of the female workers with a long ponytail kept whipping me as she passed by. Our waitress barely checked up on us and didn’t refill our waters because gratuity is already included so to them there is no point to even working for their money. Will never go back, this place is overrated.

    The hostess was rude and nasty. The waiter had no knowledge of the menu or the what the dishes are made of. It was overpriced and the food was not worth the price tag. My lamb was salty and disgusting.

    Everyone was outstanding, the entire team ! Our waitress was amazing her energy and kindness was the best I ever had . Brit is her name I believe the chef absolutely wonderful . The Cocktails the food delicious will be back soon.
