Platea is curated and owned by Chef & Entrepenaurs Fernando Salazar & Andres Marmolejos.
The Platea Experience provides guests with a one-of-a-kind take on the classic Prime Steakhouse but delivering them with flavors brought on by the Peruvian influence and quality Marmolejos & Salazar are known for. All our steaks come from the top 1% of the Prime cattles in the USA, some of the very best there is in the world when it comes to marbling, fattiness, and flavor. All our seafood is fresh and comes from independent purveyors, some of them flying in the selective menu items on a daily basis.

Very nice place, well decorated given it a very classy ambience. The food was excellent and they have a large selection of wine. The service was impeccable. I will highly recommend this place for celebrations and romantic evenings.

We came to celebrate my birthday dinner and were serviced amazingly by Gio. He was our waiter and made great recommendations. Thanks for making my birthday experience great!

Filet size has been cut down by 30% . Three people out of six ordered the filet. Black coal crust from too much flame. Overdone and dry. Gabriella was great. Not crazy about $24 bread. Pork Chop underdone. They got me for $900

They can definitely cook. Aren’t afraid of seasoning. Friendly staff. Decent value for the quality. Solid night out.

Our server Douglas always provides excellent service. He’s consistently attentive, friendly, and makes sure we have everything we need. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism!

Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the “unreasonable hospitality,”paired with the consistent quality, service that Fred and his team displays is worthy of a few Michelin Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tantric experience from the moment you walk in the door, catering to all senses.

Ana was our server and she was excellent! The food had great taste and presentation. Did find the prices ti be higher than other higher quality steakhouses such as, Cote.
