Market cuisine, proximity, quality and with a product that moves by season. This is how it is cooked in Plata Bistró, a small place located on Sepúlveda Street where the García brothers cook recipes that are always suitable for modern palates. Reinventing, revisiting and rescuing dishes served by her grandmother in the authentic Silver bar of Teruel, Víctor and Mario create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy meals, dinners and Sunday vermouth. The tortilla, tripe and game dishes are some of the most requested by their clientele, although sometimes it is complicated, they do not have a menu and everything can change from one day to the next! To know what they have today, you only have to consult the dishes that project on one of the walls of the premises and let you guide by the two brothers.

    Disfrutamos de la comida pero el servicio fue lento, los mejillones y unos huevos rotos tenían la misma base de tomate (y las patatas aguadas). Quizás fallo nuestro por las expectativas

    Nuestra camarera fue muy encantadora y nos ayudó a elegir la comida más maravillosa. Disfrutamos de boquerones frescos a la parrilla, deliciosos guisantes locales frescos, entre otros excelentes platos. La selección de vinos era excelente. Todo fue creativo, pero basado en la comida tradicional catalana. Estamos deseando volver! Muy recomendable.

    Plata Bistro demonstrates how the freshest ingredients simply but perfectly prepared produce a delicious meal. Staff is very engaging and charming. Highly recommended.

    Cocina, servicio, relación calidad / precio en un espacio agradable, sencillo y sin ningún lujo. Cocina auténtica de mercado, simplicidad en los ingredientes con una elaboración perfecta. He ido un día de mucha gente (coincidía con una manifestación en el barrio, un domingo) y el servicio ha soportado bien la prueba de carga. Una comida completa ha costado 39 € (pidiendo el vino por copas). Se merece la visita, sin prisas y ir probando las propuestas que proyectan en una pared. Repetiré !!
