   Loved everything about the experience. Dimmer for two on a Wednesday. Excellent service, great ambience, food was amazing. I think this was the first time I've ever thanked a chef, it was that good. Hope to visit again!

   My family loves plas. The menu is quite unique and every single option was well executed. This time we had goat barbacoa, a shrimp wedge salad that made you want to lick the slate and a fava bean/pea salad that I want every day! Jaime also made a special dessert for my moms birthday. Mini cannolis and brownies. So yum. Always and highly recommend

   This was our second time at 'plas and we will certainly go again. The entrees and starters were quite well conceived and expertly executed. At the time, there was a Goat Barbacoa on the specials - never knew this was a thing - it was lovely. Service was wonderful. Go today and go again tomorrow.

   We really liked it--we just moved back to town, and it was our first venture into the local restaurant scene. It was even better than I hoped. We sat in the basement, and it was lovely. The food was great--we really liked the fava bean/spring pea appetizer. I had lamb, and my husband had the seafood pasta special. It's got nice ambiance, and the service was great.     Three of us went for a pre-concert dinner last evening. After a friendly greeting we were seated in the wine cellar with stone walls and a charming electric fireplace. Wine list was varied and reasonably priced by fine dining standards. We enjoyed appetizers of mushroom pate and house made ricotta cheese with jam. Both came with tasty savory biscotti. Entrees included lamb perfectly medium temperature serve with a tasty if unusual gratinee of artichoke hearts; a slightly over medium well done coulotte of beef served with roasted tomatoes and asparagus with an added side of crushed potatoes with pancetta; and a nice dinner salad. All of us were impressed but one would have liked her beef a little pinker on the interior. Our server, Phil, was patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions as first time diners. We will be back. Best restaurant experience I’ve had in months

    'plas was a great experience. The menu is inventive and fresh, and approachable. The service is polished, atttentive and knowledgable. Atmoshphere in wine cellar is cozy, and upstairs is airy and energetic. Will definitely go back -- couldn't try everything we wanted to in one go round!

    Service exceptional. My meal was not the best. Had gnocchi but was very oily. Veggies were fresh and good. Husband had cioppino which he enjoyed. Table bread nice touch. Drinks were very good.

    The team at the restaurant made our experience truly an incredible one. We celebrated in our anniversary, and they surprised us with many treats. I can’t express how much they made our night a special one. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion, as everything from the food to the appetizers to the desert, even the drinks were simply incredible!

    FIrst time and loved our experience. Started with the blistered fabaceaes - a spring season offering with peas, fava, edamame, locatelli, truffle salt and lemon oil SO GOOD! Bread and butter are homemade in house along with everything else. My husband loved his old fashions and I went for the Sicilian blend. His dinner was the herb ricotta gnocchi and I tried the smoked chicken ravioli. SO VERY GOOD. Our server asked what our timeline was and did we need to be anywhere at any point? Very much appreciated and honestly, don’t recall ever having any server anywhere be so mindful. Greatly appreciate it. It wasn’t inexpensive so understand it’s quality food and about the overall experience.

    Our meal for our daughters birthday was wonderful! Our waiter, Lyric,was exceptional. She was very thoughtful at just the right times. She knew her wine. She knew her food.     We thoroughly enjoyed Plas, the flavors and the service. We asked for lower salt dishes and they accommodated. The downstairs wine cellar is quieter and has more ambiance than upstairs, so it was my favorite. I love smaller settings than big spaces. The staff were prompt, friendly and gave great recommendations. Wonderful experience for special occasion, or just with friends. We’ll be back!

    Wonderful experience. The atmosphere is upscale-comfortable, not fussy and the seating provides generous space between tables. We enjoyed the handmade ricotta, served with the fluffiest focaccia I've ever eaten. The carpaccio was delicious, even the accompanying tomatoes were flavorful, which I was not expecting this time of year. Our server was knowledge, friendly and provided helpful recommendations. I am looking forward to a return visit, especially to explore the interesting wine list.
