Amazing! Food was fresh and well thought out by the chef, using seasonal ingredients to create unique dishes that were simply delicious. We loved the pumpkin appetizer so many complex flavors in every bite. Wife had the fish special and I had the Brick steak. Both were outstanding. Finished with the pot de creme. One of the best meals of my life. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Unique, delicious food. Impeccable service. Great patio. Interior decor seems a bit dark and dated, but you’ll soon be so wowed by the food and service that you won’t notice.
Was an incredible evening. They surprised us with a beautiful dining area on the patio with loads of candles and flowers. Was really thoughtful and made our date night just perfect! Both waiters were very knowledgeable and fun, made our experience so lovely! Can’t wait to come back!

We sat outside on this beautiful October evening. Alex, our server, was fantastic. The food was amazing! It was our first trip here but definitely won't be our last.

Outdoor seating: Pretty cool ambiance, like a narrow side street in a European city. Definitely worth checking out
Drinks: cocktails are ok, but on the sweet side. Nothing spectacular, but did not disappoint, either.
Food: The lobster "carbonara" was a handful of squid ink flat noodles in a little bit of thin lobster broth with a couple of chunks of lobster and a raw egg yolk, served almost at room temperature. Bland, and potentially a health risk due to completely raw yolk. At $42, it is a hard pass.
The NY strip was ordered medium, and arrived blue. Sent it back, but came back as rare. Ended up not eating it. It is a thicker cut, and I was told that they usually serve it medium rare. After two rounds of cooking, it was still nowhere near medium rare. Again, another hard pass unless you like your steak rare.
Service: pretty slow. You wouldn't mind it since the seating area is pretty nice and the drinks are ok, but the bread arrived 45 minutes after we sat down, and the food took even longer after ordering.
It is a mediocre American fare restaurant. The food is neither innovative nor well-prepared. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you only go for drinks.

The food was very creative. It was hard to choose. Would like to have had bread service prior to everything else but we had to ask for it after we received our meal.

We dined in the lower cellar level which was cozy, quiet and stylish. The service was very professional and attentive and the waitress brought our meals quickly so that we could depart on time for a concert. The homemade focaccia bread is fantastic and served with a whipped butter that had lemon and cheese. We ordered the swordfish special, squash soup, ahi tuna appetizer (very generous portion) and the roasted pumpkin. My husband thought the swordfish was a tiny bit overcooked at the edges but otherwise perfect. The creativity of the menu and combination of flavors in each of the dishes is what set the experience apart.
Howard was amazing during our time at [‘plas]. The lamb shank and swordfish special were both amazing! We’ll be back for sure.

Fantastic meal and service. Especially enjoyable is the fact that the restaurant prepares everything in-house--even their cheeses. Awesome vegan options to include in-house made vegan cheeses for their vegan charcuterie plate. One of the owners assisted in serving meals. You can't get much better than that. As we were leaving, lamb shank dinner plates were coming from behind the kitchen counter and they looked amazing. The outdoor dining area is especially nice, although it is a bit noisy.
Wow! 'PLAS was awesome! The food was beyond good, with layers of flavor, the chef must be inspired. Also, our server was just so attentive and warm and friendly. Simply a phenomenal experience.
We were super excited to go to ‘plas, and in theory it would have been so incredible with how amazing the food was and how awesome the outdoor space we had to ourselves (had a whole couch and table area for the two of us), but we were very disappointed in the service. I’m not someone to leave reviews ever, but not only did they bring out the wrong entree, but they also forgot multiple of our drinks and our dessert. What should have been a 1.5 hour meal turned into nearly a 2.5 hour meal because of how long everything took between each course. The most frustrating part was that the table next to us ordered the chef’s selection meal, and got incredible attention and nothing was done wrong for them. It felt like our server only cared about giving them attention because he knew their bill was going to be higher. I’d absolutely want to return for how great the food was, but it would not worth it for how unfortunately bad the service was.

The food at Plas NEVER disappoints! I’ve been on several occasions from just drinks and apps to a 3 course meal and never had anything that wasn’t amazing!

Jake and the rest of the ‘plas team made a Monday night meal unforgettable. From the prompt service, to the compound butter and seasonal menu- each intentional and elevated. I enjoyed the lamb shank, cooked to medium well perfection and a generous pour of bourbon with a chiseled cube of ice. The night was perfected by a smoky chocolate gram cracker s’mores cheesecake with in house made mallow scorched on the side. I’ll be back for the fall menu next week!
Best meal I’ve had in Columbus, on par with Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. Completely different ambience though - we sat outdoors on their cozy patio. The bread, entrees, and desert were all excellent. We’ll definitely be back
Really nice outdoor patio. Incredible food. Had the vegetarian charcuterie. Not something I would normally order but it was delicious. Very nice wine list reasonably priced.
So, we had reservations for outdoor seating but when we got there it was raining and there wasn't a plan for where we'd go. There is a covered area and tables that do not have cover. The covered area was "booked" by larger groups who were not there yet.
We were extremely disappointed with how things turned out. Our only option, after having a *reservation* was to sit at the bar. They did not have umbrellas for half of the outdoor seating yet took reservations without considering the rain.
The end result was leaving because we couldn't have a table for the reservation that was placed. The one drink we had before leaving was pretty tasty, but not getting a reserved outdoor table was not acceptable.
I'd love to give 'plas another try but this seems like a pretty basic consideration for taking reservations.

'plas was a really fun experience. We're new to Columbus and decided to try this new restaurant out and couldn't have been more please. Very friendly and funny service along with amazing and creative food starting from the complimentary amuse bouch and apps all the way through a delicious dessert. Can't wait to go back!
We had a great experience at 'plas. It is obvious the folks here care about what they do and deliver at a very high level.
We went on a busy Saturday night. The hostess greeted us immediately and was very warm and welcoming. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
Service was great; attentive but not rushed. We enjoyed a couple of appetizers with a glass of wine before ordering our main course. Never felt rushed.
We started with the sweet corn panna cotta and the summer melon. Both we very good (the panna cotta was out of this world good). My wife had pasta (the "every day gravy aka grandma's Sunday sauce") and raved about it. I ordered the herb crusted ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and also very good. This place is a great addition to area. We will definitely be going back.
