Bar Verde exceeded my expectations! You have GOT to get the nachos!!! Every single nacho was covered in goodness!! I also really recommend the spicy cauliflower enchiladas! The staff we’ve experienced have been super fun and happy! Can’t wait to go back!

They are still figuring it out. The service was fine, not outstanding. The nachos were delicious, but our tacos were just okay. Our drinks were not spectacular for the price. I would go again, but not right away. For that price in Providence, I want something outstanding and it was just okay.

Love the vegan food hall concept!! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was vibrant! I don’t think that the staff was quite prepared for how popular this place would be! The service, while very gracious, was a bit spotty. Our appetizer (the nachos) was forgotten and brought after our entrees and our drinks didn’t come for about 20min. That being said, the nachos were incredible! I got the mushroom tacos which were ok—nice and earthy though not as flavorful as I expected, and my friend got the cauliflower tacos (these were amazing). We ended things with the churros which were phenomenal. I could have had like 5 orders. I am really looking forward to going back again (even though I am not vegan) :)

Beautiful space. A little disorganized- had a reservation but had to wait 1/2 hour for the table. One of the owners gave us a free appetizer for the wait- very nice of them. Food was good- portions were medium.

Mexican food side was not very good. Would try the other options in the future.

Plant City - Bar Verde was great! The food was so delicious and you feel good after eating it :) They were out of a few dishes, but I think that owes itself to their outstanding opening weekend.

Servings are small for the price. Food needed more sauce and flavor. Decor was nice. Not having any non alcoholic beverages is a missed opportunity.

Just a fabulous location for bringing friends, family who are not familiar with delicious plant based options. I have been to Bar VErde, Double Zero and Make Out bar. The food is delicious wherever you order. It is going to become my regular business meeting location as well. I can't tell enough people about this amazing opportunity we have right here in Providence. The food is AMAZING, wait staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Love the one stop shop option to buy a few items, grab a take out, get a coffee or drink or stay and enjoy a meal. Don't think I will be going anywhere else from now on!!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and food/drink options! My husband is not plant based but accompanied me and my 3 year old to lunch today and we were delighted by the entire experience! My only regret is that we couldn’t try everything on the menu but that just means we’ll be back often to do just that! Forever grateful a place like this found its home in Providence!

Wonderful dinner at Bar Verde on its opening night! The staff is over the top superior! I'm sure the opening weekend at any restaurant is stressful, but every person working at Plant City was upbeat and friendly! Our waitress, Gianna, was amazing, very attentive and sweet. Food came out quickly and was delicious! The nachos were good, my only suggestion would be using fewer black beans, since the dish was very bean heavy and took away from the delicious nacho "cheese" sauce. My husband enjoyed his quesadilla and the cauliflower tacos were tasty, but by far the best dish we tried was the plantain chips and mole! The mole is what dreams are made of! With regards to ambiance, the space is very modern and spacious, just wish the music was a bit softer... it was hard to have a conversation.
Overall, we had a great time at Bar Verde! Plant City is awesome and a much needed addition to the Providence dining scene.

I visited Bar Verde in Plant City on the 14th, (opening night). The ambiance, staff, and service were all outstanding. I really enjoyed the Marigold cocktail which I believe was gin based w/a fresh sprig of lavender. The nachos were excellent and a perfect app to share among the 4 of us! The BV Burrito with mole sauce was delicious! I hope in the future they also offer a hot sauce concoction for tables, maybe made-in-house, so people can have an option to add a little kick to their meal. I really enjoyed the Wild Mushroom Carnitas, which was very fresh and light, perfect for summer, I'll likely order those again next time. The Churros & Tres Leches was also delicious but I think the presentation could be slightly improved, in the future. I'm glad they are offering LNU ice cream too! Overall, I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Plant City, glad you're here, & YAY for Providence!! :)
