The food and the prices are not in alignment. Either they need to reduce the prices by at least 50% to correlate with the quality of food, or elevate the quality of food to correlate with the prices.
Great food!!!! Some of the best in Disney Springs for the price.
There was a long line that took about 15 minutes to check in with the host. and then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for a table. The appetizers came out cold but the entrees were decent. Our waitress was amazing though. For sure made up for the over priced food and long waits. Probably won’t come in and dine again though
Great place to take teens among the Disney scene. Super fun atmosphere- definitely not a quiet date night! Fun sing alongs and tons of movie paraphernalia to keep you entertained while waiting for dinner. Food was surprisingly good and portions are huge! Not cheap- but not unlike anything else associated with Disney! Dinner for 4 with one beer - no appetizer or desserts- was over $100. Worth it for a fun experience- would definitely recommend!
Good service, good food, good entertainment.
Food was great. We both had the pulled pork sandwich which was a good portion and tasty. It came with fries and a pickle.
The three times we ate here the service was quite slow even though the restaurant was not very full at 11:30 a.m.
The music is very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation or to hear the soft-spoken server.
We had a nice time. It was our first time at Planet Hollywood. My only issue was my reservation was for 745pm and we didn’t get seated till after 8pm.
It is obviously a very busy place. I appreciated that having a reservation really meant we could be seated on time. It was a fun atmosphere and my daughter and I both enjoyed it. The drink and food menu was good and the food was brought out in a timely manner. I would definitely return.
While we were on vacation we wanted a fun upbeat place to take our daughters ages 14 and 10. This was perfect!
Always a great time at planet Hollywood
We really like the renovated entertainment… It’s fun its engaging we had a blast! Chris our server amazing!!!!!
Music was loud and chaotic. Waitress was good but everything seemed to be rushed. From taking the order to getting the food down to getting you out as quick as they possibly could. The whole place just had a makeover and it seems the only thing they changed was the appearance from the outside. Same so so food same crazy atmosphere same turn them and Burn them attitude.
We had a party of 14. Initial seating with reservations all good. We asked for a booster seat for our toddler. We were told they were out , but would get one to us as soon as one was available. Drinks came, appetizers came, still no booster seat. Dinner came , toddler is standing on chair to reach the table. Falls, plate falls, food falls, plate breaks , toddler falls onto broken plate. Amazingly booster seat appears and we were offered a bandaid.
We will probably never come back ever. This was at Disney Springs, where families come to vacation. Who ever heard of “ We don’t have booster seats available “.
Someone in management needs to re-evaluate their customer service.
I sugest to include more healthy food in the menu, like low carb options
They vastly overcharged for an item on our bill. When we caught it, they said "oops, it was a computer error". This wasn't for a special item, it was for a regular menu item. Because it is in a tourist area where people are paying outrageous amounts for everything, it almost seemed like they were taking advantage of that situation to get by with something.
Do not go there if you have food allergies!!! Random Walnut in my ceasar salad, potato chip in the Mac and cheese and a tortilla chip in my sons LA Lasagna.
Montana was our waitress and she was the best! She just started a few weeks ago but you would never have any idea that she did! She was great! Food and entertainment is great as well. Such a fun place to go!
Planet Hollywood is certainly a fun experience and offers some lively entertainment. The entire restaurant broke into singing with the Frozen song, Neil Diamond and Bon Jovi. Its hard not to smile and enjoy those kind of moments.
That said, I will likely not eat in a Planet Hollywood again. Mostly because its pretty plain food and basically the same thing you can get at Applebees or TGI Fridays. We had a couple items from the hamburger selection, a chicken pasta dish and a steak dish. There was nothing exceptional about any of them. Its not that the food was bad but that it was like good - like average good. And, the menu was very limited. The marketing boasts a "wide variety" of american and international cusine. Um, no, not quite. And then the price tag. We were left like "ouch, that hurt" mostly because Planet Hollywood over-promises and under-delivers. If you factor out the big screen with movie highlights and loud music you may be in your local Chilli's or other run of the mill neighborhood diner. Maybe thats thanks to Guy Fieri.
In any event, nice experience in some sense. Not one in a million and more like one of a million. Even if you dont go you've definitely been here before.
We received a gift card and it was the only reason we ate at this restaurant. There was a very long line to check in for existing reservations. The line grew even longer while I was waiting (during peak dining time 6pm) After I checked in we had to head upstairs to another line where they said system was down. Total waited with reservation was 25-30 mins. The restaurant was loud and packed as I was expecting. The nice thing was the restaurant accommodated us for seating with a toddler who was asleep in a stroller. The waitress was very attentive and brought out our food quickly. I ordered buffalo wings which was subpar, i had the steakhouse salad and hubby had the pulled pork sandwich, kid got the cheese pizza. Entrees were a good size and the salad bowl was large enough to be shared.
One of our meals didn’t come out until everyone else was done eating their meals. No apology, no adjustment to the bill, nothing. Awful service.
I loved it
We had a very fun experience and the food was good. It's expensive! Part of the cost is definitely the dining experience which is over the top.
The new interior is great, content on the large 180 degree screen is average. Service was good, orders taken quickly, it took a little longer than it should have to come out but when the food did come out is was cold. 😕
We told the server who let the manager know, he apologized and offered to redo it but by this time it was to late as far as we were concerned so he took $12 off our total bill.
The food was extremely overpriced for mediocre quality. My burger and my daughter's salad were both $18 each.
Evan was a great waiter -very friendly and accommodating. We love eating at planet Hollywood because the food is great and so is the outside seating!
Treat like pigs. Not valuable. Service poor, the manager screaming. All the time. Very confusing check in. Not recomended
It was my birthday dinner after being at Animal kingdom all day with kids. It was fun and interactive! Had my name on big screen that said happy birthday to me. However they don’t do free desert. Food was excellent and the whole place is just nice. Remodeled and gorgeous. They have outside seating as well on balcony to over look Disney springs. Perfect dinner. Would definitely go back. Guy fieri did the menu and its superb!
Great food and great service but VERY loud. Hard to have a conversation.
Menu was limited & over priced. It was extremely loud due to cheerleaders being in town. Worst meal experience we’ve had so far on our vacation.
My daughter wanted to go to dinner at Disney for her 18th birthday. We’ve been to many of the resort restaurants & with no passes we were looking at Disney Springs. Wanted something fun & Planet Hollywood fit the bill.
We had never been. I was a bit Leary after reading some negative reviews, but I had hope. We went on a Tuesday about 7. It wasn’t very busy then but by the time we left it was packed.
We had no idea how cool the space is. We had fun looking at all the costumes from movies. The dinning room is big and open. There was a dj playing music videos and from time to time there were birthday/anniversary shoutouts on the screens. Our daughter loved seeing her name all over the restaurant. Our table even had its own screen!
Our server Nick was fantastic! In fact every worker there was great. From the bar staff to the hostesses.
We got some pasta dishes, sandwiches and wings. We were all very happy with our food. I wish we had room for one of their fun dessert milkshakes.
I usually don’t leave long reviews but I just had to give a shout out because we all had a great time & I wasn’t expecting much going in. In fact my 23 yr old had such a great time she wants to come there to celebrate her birthday.
The best thing was the manager that promptly assisted us in trading tables. We wanted to dine upstairs and he arranged right away!!! Congratulations !
I LOVED this restaurant. We went for a date night and had so much fun! They have hidden cameras around the dinning room that would randomly zoom in on people and we loved to see peoples reactions. And the food was really good and priced very well! I had the pulled pork and it was sooo good!! We are moving to Orlando in May and I know we will make this a place for date nights. 5 stars all the way!
Amazing service!!!! Can’t say enough about how special Gabe made my Daughter’s and my Mom’s birthdays. Highly recommend for a fun time and especially for a birthday.
Awesome! The menu was well explained but the aid we'd received was a differential. And had enabled us take the best decision.
Great setting busy but still treated as the only ones in room
If it is a night out with friends, dinner with the family or celebrating a special occasion, Planet Hollywood fits the bill. Great atmosphere, awesome food and friendly service awaits once you step through the doors of this Hollywood Movie theme restaurant. No matter where you sit, you'll have a center stage table to watch some of the latest movie trailers, sing along to some throw backs with karaoke and give a birthday "Shout Out"on the amazing planetarium style screen above.
