Been a favorite for 20+ years. The food was very late to the table, terrible French dip and undercooked salmon entree. Whole place feels a bit run down with broken tables, dirty bathroom with cleaning supplies all over the place, and staff doesn't seem all that happy to be there anymore. Sad to say we won't be going to our favorite market hideaway again anytime soon.

We have been coming to Place Pigalle for 40 years. It has been a few years since our last visit. We still love the atmosphere, the people, and the food. We love that the tradition continues with plenty of new ideas to keep us coming back.

Food was excellent! Fresh and creative with a nod to traditional French cooking. Service was accurate but slow. Definitely bustling atmosphere. Not favorable for the hearing impaired.

Pretty small place. But I found it strange that a restaurant that has white table cloths allows their servers to wear casual graphic t-shirts as if we were in a bar. It was a little off-putting to be honest. Another thing was the loose rolls of exposed toilet paper stacked in the men's bathroom. Maybe I'm too nit-picky but that doesn't seem very sanitary for a bathroom. I know it's a small place, but at least hide those rolls somewhere sanitary. On the plus side, the food was very good/excellent. The service was good. A suggestion for your staff; if they would like t-shirts (especially during hot days), maybe get whie logo t-shirts that say 'Place Pigalle' . It would look a little more classy. Image is everything in the restaurant business.

I’ve been coming here since I lived in Seattle 40 years ago. It never disappoints and I try to come every time I visit from the east. I love bringing tourists here. And now that the overlook is so close… it’s even better!

In Pike Place Market with nice water view. Intimate & cozy. Food & service were excellent; mussels in a wonderful sauce, fresh warm baguette, fresh oysters on 1/2 shell; always a special treat to go to Place Pigalle, always consistently very good; highly recommend.

We were seated late in the evening outside. Gorgeous view of the Sound. My halibut was excellent, but my wife’s scallops were very salty, this four stars.
