Color ranges from bright yellow to gold. Head should be big, dense and creamy. Bitterness is high for a beer with such a light body, but at times is barely perceived amongst the even balance of malts and hops. The lighter body comes from the use of Belgian candy sugar, which not only lightens the body, but also adds complex alcoholic aromas and flavors. Small amounts of spices are sometimes added as well

Very pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat, and sometimes oats, used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel and other spices or herbs. Crisp with a slight twang which comes from the wheat and lively level of carbonation. Often referred to as "white beers" (witbieren) due to the cloudiness / yeast in suspension

We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back.
We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday, we reserved the Red Room. Our server was James, he was great!
The food was absolutely horrible. Everything came out so cold and mostly inedible. This is unfortunate because the atmosphere is so awesome there and the drink selections are really good. The service was just okay, it didnt seem like our waitress really wanted to be there though.
We t there for superbowl and TVs did not work, left after waiting for then to fix it
Great spot to watch the Golden Knights games. Large number of beer options and the staff are super friendly.
Made a reservation so we could have food and watch the Knights game. No one was there to greet us so we sat at the bar. Ignored by the bartenders several times. Food was average. Crowd was good for the game. It must be the crowd that keeps people coming back because the service wasn't good.
Disappointing! We stopped in for a late lunch. They were grossly understaffed..the waitress was covering way too many tables. The queso and chips were good, but the burger and chicken sliders were not! I had high hopes for this place...convenient location. We both agreed that lunch was disappointing. I tipped the waitress well because it wasn’t her fault that Management didn’t staff properly and she didn’t cook the food......
Watching the VGKs was a great time. We wish they had win but it was still fun. They have good specials and a ton of beers here. Good times
Really great energy for a Golden Knights game. The servers are great, considering the amount of people there for the game.
We made plans, reserved the table, showed up on time after dropping our son off at the sitter, and we were basically told that we were out of luck because there was some hockey game on. No real apology, no offer of any kind of solution, just oh well and a shrug.
Fun Vegas flair atmosphere and food! The waitstaff was on its toes and kept the food and drinks coming.
Average bar food at best. It was disappointing that they discontinued a few of the items on their menu, and of course, they were the things we wanted to order. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and onion rings. It tasted okay, but they were very skimpy on the meats. The beer battered onion rings were excellent. I loved their light deep-fried breading. My wife got the veggie burger with fries. Nothing special about either. The service was good. She kept our drinks filled without having to ask. I don't think we will be giving this place a second try.
We didn’t stay long one of my friends had an entire cold beer dropped on her back by the waitress, her shirt bra pants underwear were completely soaked which we get accidents happen, however the waitress didn’t seem to care at all. So we decided to take the Birthday Party elsewhere.
