We enjoyed a nice dinner at Sofia. The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The wine is on the pricey side though…we liked seeing how the staff would quickly come and help the newer one that was serving us. That was nice to witness. Thank you.

trop bruyant. choix menu pizza restreint. pas de proposition d'alternative. pour un restaurant qui s'affiche notamment "fruits de mer", le choix est très restreint. Le parking payant et le personnel est mal informé. la serveuse nous a dit qu'en scannant les tickets de parking ce serait gratuit, mais au portique, il a fallu payer une supplément.

Très bon service de Sara, belle sélection de vin, restaurant magnifique. Le seul bémol est la pieuvre. Elle était trop cuite, très dure et caoutchouteuse. Sara l'a rapportée à la cuisine, mais le cuisiner a répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas la faire moins cuire! Nous cuisinons très régulièrement la pieuvre à la maison et il est tout à fait possible de la cuire (bouillir et ensuite griller) de façon à ce qu'elle soit tendre! Très très décevant pour une entrée à 29$. Ce n'est pas la 1re fois que je prenais la pieuvre au Sofia, je déplore cette attitude du cuisinier et son manque de connaissance de la cuisson de la pieuvre Nos autres plats étaient très bons. Il aurait été apprécié de ne pas avoir à la payer vu notre insatisfaction.

Overall, your restaurant still possesses its inherent charm, but I believe some improvements are necessary to bring the overall experience back to its previous high standards. I would rate my recent experiences as a 7/10.

Service slow down once the restaurant started getting busy and it took a really long time for desserts and bills and so forth.

No booster chair for infant. No changing table in restroom for infant (was told to go to Times Hotel next door to use their restroom). 45-minute wait for food. Arancini were extremely salty. Sausage on spinaci pizza was completely burnt. Was charged for water, without being advised. Verbally assaulted by the “owner” twice, because I got up to find the restroom with my daughter and he did not want an infant walking around (despite me holding her hand and leading her toward the restroom). When I received my bill, I expressed my dissatisfaction. The waitress pleaded with me not to get the owner involved because she would “lose out on her tip”. Music was very loud, we could not hear each other talk. Terrible experience, extremely disappointed. Was with my mother and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day dinner!

The food at this restaurant was actually quite good — fresh ingredients and tasty flavors. However, I was disappointed with the overall value. The portions were on the smaller side for the price, and we were surprised by a $5 per person charge just to cut a birthday cake we brought ourselves. We weren’t informed about this policy in advance, and it left a sour note on what was meant to be a celebratory meal. Great food, but some of the extra charges felt excessive and not very transparent. We decided to not get the cake cut for that reason .

15$$$$ per Shrimp!!!! Way too expensive for just pasta literally payed 100$ and didn’t even took any drink!
