   Took my goddaughter for her 16th birthday they made her feel so special and the food was delicious!

   The waiter spilled the pizza and they were overall not attentive. They just were going through the motions.

   Great birthday experience. It was my first time and they even customized the menu with my name on it! Food was excellent.

   Had a 17th birthday dinner here and it was great! Such a fun place for a group of girls. The pepperoni pizza with hot honey was the favorite but all the food was really good.

   Our experience at Portofino was absolutely amazing, truly beyond my expectations. We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday and she was completely surprised to see a personalized menu with her name on it, followed by a special dessert. The whole evening felt unforgettable and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff we interacted with was so friendly, especially our waitress, who went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Portofino to celebrate any occasion.

   It is a beautiful space and the food is always top notch. It feels like a treat and a great way to soak in the city. The service is attentive. The drinks are very good but a group complaint was not understanding the ingredient list so you could decipher the taste. I love it here so much that i didn’t let my table know there is a $2.50 a person reservation fee to sit on the patio. It is lovely and impressive but kinda crazy the $10 was just for the table. You need a reservation 100% to get in. Go for it

    One of the best restaurants in Chicago hands-down. Great food the best service. The servers are so kind and make you feel very special. Quint is one of our favorite servers. Love him. He always makes us feel special when we come to the restaurant. i’ve never had a bad experience here. I always look forward to coming to this restaurant and bringing my friends.🥰🥰
