Mozza is a staple in Singapore and it has good reason for its reputation. Batali has once again outdone himself.

I’ve went twice to pizzaria mozza and still remains as one of the best pizza in singapore! The dough was just ‘al dente’ and try the goat cheese pizza! No strong taste of the cheese as what we thought overall it’s refreshing tasty and flavour!

Overall delicious pizza, probably the best you can get in Singapore, but way overpriced and all to casual/crowded environment. Will return for the food, but unfortunately it's out of the price range to be a regular visit, contradicting the unusually laidback, almost kitschy, environment.

Very disappointing as I love the Los Angeles restaurant. All the plates were cold so pizzas and arancini cooled too quickly and the arancini weren't hot to begin with. Pizzas are excellent right at first. The very nice manager brought out a complementary arancini but it too was not hot.
