Pizzeria Bianco started in 1988 in the back of a Phoenix neighborhood grocery store. Since then, owner and chef Chris Bianco has revolutionized artisanal pizza. Winner of the 2003 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, Bianco was also named one of Zagat's six chefs who changed pizza. He creates specialty pizzas that include the Sonny Boy with fresh mozzarella, salami and olives, the Wiseguy with wood-roasted onion, house-smoked mozzarella and fennel sausage, and the Biancoverde with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and arugula.Pizzeria Bianco is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.

Amazing pizza and the pasta dish was delicious. Service was superb. Not super crowded at 5ish so next time I will try and pop in to see if I can grab a table without a reservation.

Pizzeria Bianco is a must whenever we are in town. Our favorite is the WiseGuy, it’s perfectly delicious. Eat inside or out, bring friends and family, try every pizza and save room for dessert!

Chris Bianco’s staff always deliver delicious food with efficient and friendly service. All the awards Bianco’s have received are definitely earned and deserved. Bianco’s pizzas are by far our favorites.

Excellent dinner. We sampled 4 different pizzas, pappardelle with bolognese and fresh mozzarella and sautéed peppers. We couldn’t ask for more! Great experience.

The food here was spectacular. Although their isn't a gluten free pizza option my gluten free companion was very happy with the gluten free antipasto & entrees.
