Don't know what all the fuss is about this place is think it's below average had many better tasting pizza coal fired down the street is 10 times better if you haven't tried it yet don't waste your time over priced under value

We loved our experience at pizz’amici! We got seated a few minutes after our reservation - this place was bumpin and everyone was having a good time and eating and drinking. Order the focaccia and meatballs!!! Just two things that I would change about our experience: 1. Wait to put the metal pizza holder on the table until after the appetizers are cleared. Our table was really small (a two top) so we were awkwardly maneuvering around the metal pizza thing to serve ourselves salad and meatballs. 2. I’d love to see half orders for the salads. $17 for a caesar that could easily feed four was kind of a lot! I’d love to see a “1-2 portion” price and a “3-4 portion” price. We like to order a little of everything so a half salad would be perfect.

Food and wine were great. And the hospitality the team exudes was exceptional. Welcomed me like it was my neighborhood pizza joint, even though I don't live anywhere close to the neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Dinner! Incredible atmosphere and of course some of the best tavern style in Chicago!! Can’t wait to go back and try more pizzas! The pepperoni was incredible. Thank you :)

From the time we walked in til the time we left, the staff and restaurant was 10/10. Worth the wait to get a table. Pizza was crispy all the way thru, flavors were all at the right level. This is a top 3 pizza in Chicago, most likely #1.
