Welcome to Pizza Republica!

We strive to bring the rustic ambiance and fresh ingredient farm to table philosophy found throughout Italy, home to Colorado. We use the finest imported ingredients and century old artisan traditions to bring the definitive Neapolitan pizza experience to our guests.

Pizza Republica - Greenwood Village Ratings and Reviews
We arrived very early for our reservation, but the host was very accommodating and after we started at the bar and a table became available (still before our original reservation time), he offered us the option to go ahead and be seated or remain at the bar until another table was available a little later. The bartender and our server were also both great, and we were never made to feel rushed, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. The food and drinks were excellent, too. We'll be back!
Arrived around 6:30 Told the waitperson we were going to a show in an hour. "No problem". Food came out fast, we were done before 7, and figured there was time for dessert. Wrong! Took fifteen minutes to bring out two easy to plate desserts. By then it was time to go and so we waited another five minutes while they were wrapped. We like PR and will come again, but this wasn't a positive experience.
Made a reservation and requested window seating. We were seated immediately by a window. We ordered a couple of Irish Coffees. They arrived promptly and were excellent. Our server suggested the Soup of the Day (potato). The soup was delicious. My friend had the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. He said it was also very good. We split a lunch size pizza.
Al in all, the food and service were excellent. This is a true neighborhood gem!
Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and escorted to our table. Our server was very attentive. Since the original Cesar Salad (without chicken) was taken off the main menu I asked the Manager if my friend and could split a Cesar Salad without the chicken. He said absolutely.
The Margarita pizza was delicious.
Enjoyable lunch with an old friend.
Food quality was very good. Value was not good. Only one size option for lunch pizzas, you are not allowed to order larger pizza to share. Food took a long time to be brought out making the business lunch take 90 minutes instead of an hour. Server was very nice, but it took a long time for him to process payment again making things awkward.
Overall they need to listen to the voice of the customer more and quit trying to be so swanky. You're a pizza place!
All was good.
I had made a reservation. However, when my wife and sister in law walked in they were immediately escorted to the back of the restaurant. My wife had recent surgery and if asked she would have preferred a window table (I was Parking our car). Later the manager came and apologized.
As usual, the service and food were excellent.
**Suggest that the regular Cesar salad, without the chicken, be returned to the menu.
For a pizza restaurant, not a very good selection of pasta or pizza toppings. Not very crowded yet service was poor...think staffing was low. No air conditioning after a 95 degree day made it a very miserable experience. Manager seemed flippant when asked about the air. Curiously after we complained, it got cooler. I felt for the staff having to work in such conditions as well. Will not go back.
Our party was four adults and two teens - we all really enjoyed the food! Our waiter was great (wish I could remember his name)! We were eating prior to heading downtown for a show and the meal was served in a timely manner. Several different side salads were ordered - all declared very good by their respective eaters - and meals varied from roasted chicken, two pizzas, a steak salad, a pasta dish with sausage, and pork belly on grilled watermelon. Everyone enjoyed their meals - the sides accompanying the chicken dish were spectacular - the chicken, slightly bland, but still tasty. The thin crust pizzas were really great! We will go back and I would recommend it to friends.
I have gone here multiple times and always had excellent service and a great time.
This time, was completely opposite.
I was seated immediately when walking in, so no issue with the reservations.
But from there, wait times were ridiculous and slow and service was poor.
Wait time for the waitress to come back and drinks, appetizers was WAY TOO LONG.
The appetizer that was ordered came out incorrectly.
The waitress was awful.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, so I hope this was just a one off.
The service was so awful, I left after appetizer and drinks for fear of how long it would take to get dinner.
Went to Papadeaux for the rest of the meal.
As usual, the service was fine. My only disappointment was the change in the Cesar Salad. I had planned to split the Cesar Salad with my friend. However, when it arrived it had two pieces of fried chicken breast. I had not read the menu before ordering otherwise I would have noticed the change. In stead of splitting the Cesar and a pizza, we just split the salad.
*My suggestion is to return to the original Cesar without the fried chicken.
Pizza Republica was a wonderful dining experience. We had a get together with sisters and husbands prior to a comedy show in Greenwood Village. Their pizza is cooked perfectly and just the right amount of toppings. They have more wine selections than you can imagine, so many it was very hard to choose. Just ask the staff, they would be glad to assist. The service was good and I think their prices are right in line with any other up scale pizza place.
