Great pizza, lovely and friendly staff, nice atmosphere - buzzy but not overwhelming. One of our diners was hard of hearing and we could still chat easily enough. Excellent pizza with a great sauce and crust!

Excellent food and fast service. Would definitely recommend it to others. A tip would be to ask if we would like the bill. Instead of bringing it directly after dessert including the machine for paying with card.

Fantastic food - would thoroughly recommend! Only qualm is that the downstairs area was incredibly hot, and as a party of two we were seated right by the chefs and had waiters rushing past our table constantly. Other than that, a great restaurant.

The best pizza I've ever had. Simple as. Also a really nice house lager. Though food came quick, it took a long time to get someone over with the receipt and again to pay - but it was very busy.

We had a reservation for a table of four, but upon arrival, we were informed that it wasn't ready and asked to wait to the side. During our wait, we noticed that other tables of four, who hadn't made reservations were seated before us. When were finally sat and placed our order, we specifically requested bruschetta and mozzarella sticks as our starters. However, our server brought our pizzas first. When we mentioned that we hadn't received our starters yet, he was impolite and mentioned that they didn't offer starters, only small plates. This was confusing as we had clearly asked for those items as starters when we ordered, and this information wasn't conveyed to us at that time. While the pizzas were satisfactory, they had a limited amount of toppings.

Very rushed to pay bill - rather than giving us 2 mins to work out bill between our party the staff member constantly & loudly kept telling us we needed to leave the table as was 1hour 15 mins and we were told that when we booked. We completely appreciated that but politely asked for 2 mins - we were told to go to the till to sort out - there was no space there to do that at the till. 2 mins and not standing telling us we needed to leave would have been far more appropriate & left us with a positive experience We have eaten at pizza posto many times since it opened & have always had a good experience. Not this time & wont be back.

The pizza here is delicious, cannot fault it. Only constructive criticism is that you may find the tables too small for all the pizza! Also, given the small table, the pizza is slightly tricky to cut with the pizza cutter on the plates as they have a curved lip. I would still always recommend though.

The waiting staff were so lovely and helpful m, however on arrival we were told, by the manager, they would need our table back within 1hr20mins. We then sat for 15 mins before anyone took even a drinks order. I appreciate it’s the festival but the management tone wasn’t very welcoming whereas all the waiting staff were so pleasant. The food was amazing though and came very quickly.

I was glad to have booked a table as they were so busy - there was a booking for 45 people that night! We waited outside for a while before passing the queue, then waited maybe ten more minutes to be seated. The host was so lovely about the delay and was doing a great job of staying on top of the chaos. The food came quite quickly after we ordered, and we were able to take the leftovers home. I would recommend this restaurant but maybe not during Fringe time, if you're after less noise.
