   I ordered an 18" pizza, and I specifically told the waitress twice to put fresh burrata and prosciutto on top. She seemed to understand, but she didn't. She gave me a burrata on the side as an appetizer with its other sides. I informed her about it, but she didn't seem to be thinking about it. I told her I also ordered prosciutto on top of the pizza, and she said, "Yes, It have it." I checked and there were four small, overcooked pieces, not slices, just 4cm pieces. When someone orders prosciutto, logically, they shouldn't cook it; they ruined everything. When you want this type of adds, they should put it fresh on top and that’s it!!! But IDK how they call the place New York-style. Maybe for the decoration like Brooklyn, but the pizza was a total disgrace and too thin for me. The only thing I would go back for is the mortadella sandwich with strateccella cheese.

   Service is always terrible, food is okay. Leaves me wanting more every time. I go back only because it’s convenient.

   The pizza was great! Everything else was okay. They didn’t have a couple of items that we were hoping to order.

   Service seems to be pretty disorganized. The meatballs are really dry as well. Overall, despite the hype it was meh.

   The food and service were excellent! The wait time for a table and the food coming to our table was a little bit longer than average. But well worth the wait!

    Have been to about 20 or so pizza places named on the Top 50 US list. The pizza here does not come close to any of them. Service was mediocre at best - waited for more than 30 mins to get our drinks. Would not go back again.
